Finally! Moving Again!

We are finally getting a 2 bedroom apt, here! Whoo-hoo! I am SO sick of this tiny little place. Before we moved to AZ 18 months ago, we had 3 bedrooms + a garage, and we sold everything we had when we moved, so a 1 bedroom wasn't so bad. But now my dot is 16 months old, & DEFINATELY needs her own room! My apt comes with my job, but they only had a 1 bedroom open at the time. But on Monday, they will have a 2 BR available, & are going to remodel it for us! All new paint, carpet, cabinets, apppliances, & furniture! I know it'll be a few weeks before it's ready, but I'm still excited.
The only down side to it, is that I evicted the peeps who lived there, & now they're saying I did it just so I could have that apt! They have been written up for various offenses, but instead of evicting them when I could have, I brought them in for a talk, and the office manager also spoke with them about their breaking rules here, but nothing changed, so they were evicted. We have copies of notices sent to them for the offenses, most dating back to before I worked here. If I had wanted the apt that bad, i would've just thrown them out when I got here, & not had to dealt with a bunch of thugs all this time. They've been threatening to mess with our cars, & our security can't give us any extra patrols right now, so I have donned my uniform again, & have been out walking the property during the night. Hopefuly, tho, this will all blow over soon, & I get to have some space, & my DOT will finally get her own room!

congrats hippie!!!! You daughter might not understand how great it will be to have her own room but I sure do!!! And don't worry about the former tenants...hopefully they are all bark and no bite..and if they want to bite just let us know hehe....warn them that you have friends ALL OVER the states and we will track them down reguardless of where they try to hide

Congrats!!! We lived in a one bdrm apt with my dot till she was two and my son was born. Talk about keeeeramped lol Oh sure you wait 18 mths after you get there to pick out the people you will evict to get their apt. Be careful and keep an eye out. Never know what people who believe they've been done wrong (even when they haven't) will do.
