    Any suggestions?

Does anyone have any suggestions for any extremely nervous bride to be? The wedding is in two days and everytime I think about it, my stomach starts doing flip flops. Don't get me wrong, I want this more than anything in the world, but can't seem to get over being nervous. And it gets worse every day closer that I get. Beginning to think by Thursday I am going to be nothing but nerves! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Congratulations! Try relaxing different ways. Hot bath, a quiet cup of tea, meditation, deep breathing exercises.

Congratulations! Try to get out of the house with your friends. A hot bath with a good book might work.

    a valium??

congratulations, though, and best of luck!

I wasn't nervous - but then, I was only 19, and didn't know better, lol.

do something that normally calms you down - whatever your hobby is - reading, knitting, gardening, shopping - whatever it is. And breathe. It will come and go sooner than you can imagine.

Break your ankle and get on some good pain pills like I did. I was really happy. LOL

Just think about your groom and how happy you both are. Just know that everybody there are your friends and love the both of you. Think how much fun the reception will be and going on your honeymoon. Or stay in the moment and savor all of it for the happy memories you will have of the ceremony and saying the vows. You are in control, it's your wedding. Everyone will be falling all over themselves to please you. Congradulations.
