I was induced with my son a month early due to his size. They started me on the drip at 7am and he was born at 2:58pm.....would have been sooner but they had to stop my induction to give me my epidural, then i had to wait for the contractions to start building up again...ugh. All in all it was a breeze tho....best of luck to you, and may you have a happy, healthy baby

inducements's not so bad, but I also had an epidural and didn't feel much of anything! Let us know how it went!

My water was broken by the doctors both times, first child was induced- I was on full strenthg pitocin but still didnt have any pain killers- Second baby was completly drug free, not even an iv in my arm, in germany and they broke my water too- that part is painless.
