Cab92 - I know you really DONT want one...that ashtray breath..YUCK!! Come on hon Stay strong!!!!!

    Tip of the day
Work on developing the attitude that you are doing yourself a favor by not smoking. Do not dwell on the idea that you are depriving yourself of a cigarette. You are ridding yourself of full-fledged smoking because you care enough about yourself to want to

cab92 Hubby looked over my shoulder while I was typing that post. He commented "Oh, you'll live 5 days longer than I do". I informed him that if he didn't back off, quit reading my posts and get his cigarette smelling a$$ away from me I'd be living a lot more than 5 days longer than him.
You GO!! I am sitting here lmbo!!! So you didnt smoke..GOOD for you! I knew you could do it!!

Auntnanny....how are you today? How ya' feeling?

And remember they dont call it "hell WEEK" for nothing hon....the longer you have smoked the longer it can take to get over the withdrawls..but it DOES go..trust me...I have no want for it at all...

    Cartoon of the day

cab92 this one made me think of you!

    Tip of the day
Don't debate with yourself how much you want a cigarette. Ask yourself how do you feel about going back to your old level of consumption. Smoking is an all or nothing proposition.

    I have been smober for:
Ten months, one week, five days, 19 hours, 46 minutes and 3 seconds. 22177 cigarettes not smoked, saving $3,127.46. Life saved: 11 weeks, 5 minutes.
