Cauliflower Parmesan
1 head cauliflower
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
Wash and separate cauliflower into 12 pieces. Cook cauliflower for 7 minutes in salted water. Drain. Mix bread crumbs with cheese. Beat egg with milk Dip cauliflower in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs. Arrange in buttered casserole and pour melted butter over cauliflower. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes
