I hope they get Lerer for the moderator. He did a good job and let the candidates talk. You could tell the interviews of Sarah Palin was to get her backed into a corner. Then the transcripts misquote her.
I'm glad I have the internet to check things out and Jolie on here who finds the truth.

But Couric totally ignores it when Biden says FDR went on TV when the depression started to talk to the people. Yeah right. FDR wasn't president when the depression started and TV hadn't been invented yet.
I think Palin should just let Biden talk when they have the debates. He will say something just as dumb.

probably because Katie Couric is as dumb as a stone and had no clue, lol. Like these talking heads always know what they're talking about,
I miss Peter Jennings.

That's not what they said on FOX. You could see by the look on her face she knew he was wrong but does she say anything? NOOOOOOO, and us dumb viewers aren't suppose to catch it either, or at least that is what they are betting on. Also, if Couric didn't catch it, maybe she is in over her head and should get another job.

They're just reporting the news and read a script that's written for them. Most of the top MSM anchors do what they're told by the network. They're not the brightest lights, lol. As far as what Fox said, they'd be more then happy to discredit or point out crap of the competition. It's all a business to them. They don't seriously care about giving us the facts, they get better ratings when they sensationalize.

THANK YOU!!!! Seriously. Unfortunately the 'untouchable' factor to Palin is almost gone....especially after the debates. Some people have seen her avoidance of the press as 'a smart move' making MSM th ebad guy. Maybe she needs more polish. Ever since the end of the first debate have I looked forward to the VP debate.
Either she'll stumble...or BIden will put his foot in his mouth a bunch of times.

Wait a minute...
First I didn't quote all of your post because it wasn't entirely needed and would have made this one God awefull long.
From reading your post and some of these links...I think they're still trying to do the 'untouchable' Palin and the Bad MSM story line.
Ask Palin tough questions on foregin policy? Mercy me why not?
You have one person who is a senator (Obama) who has travled abroad, and been to the capital to help mold and pass new legislation.
Palin has been the mayor of a small town...and govenor of Alaska. Which has a lower population than Maine.
McCain is not a young senator. WE have to be VERY meticulous about just who would take office should something happen. Obama has been in the media light for a couple of years now. Palin is unknown. What does she know? What kind of experience does she have? She can't 'learn on the job'.
I have nothing against he character, looks, or personality.
But you have to look at the VP like your voting for President.
If people want to vote for her just because they don't like Biden then fine. But what would she have done during 9/11 or the war or this crisis?

I am more than happy with Palin & that is why McCain will be getting my vote. I feel a lot better with her on his team.

And that's fine...there is nothing wrong with that. If, when you look at Sarah Palin, you see yourself then that is how you should vote.

I havent given up on Palin. I think on thursday she will show she can do the VP job. I think many havent given her all the credit she deserves. Out of all canadiates she is the only one who is/was a governor. The rest have been in senate. And we all see what a fine job they are doing *smirk* My main concern is whos president more than vp.
