Am I missing something here?? This was an investigation into a Terrorist attack...........why the hell wasn't this house guarded??
I know they were ''supposedly'' done inside.......but you would think that considering the magnitude of the crime, that it would still be blocked off to everyone else.......even the owner.
Every one of those reporters shown on camera in that house, should be charged with destroying possible evidence!! How many of them walked out with their own little souveniers??

sanity has gone awol
joe biden had advice for his wife to use her gun if she felt unsafe... http://www.usnews.com/news/articles/...-biden-in-jail but it seems he doesn't want us to have guns...even if we do not feel safe?
obama is surrounded by gun toting secret service, police and military - should they give up their guns?
hillary clinton could not tell (dishonestly?) the difference between a video or terrorism....does she know who the bad guys were with the guns? perhaps we would all be safer if all we carried were unlit cigars.....
remember fast and furious where holder had a scheme to give away guns over the border and somehow trace those guns in order to find the bad guys......one gun was recovered after it killed a member of the border patrol. feeling any safer?
should armored guards swap their weapons for squirt guns? perhaps if they handed out the goods in their armored vehicle then no one would need a gun to rob them...?
how many guns that murdered in chicago were legal and registered? i am doubtful that gun control would eliminate those guns.
now onto the word control. this is an administration that has trouble with control of money so how can they control a weapon that kills when they can't control the handing out of money that as far as i know is not a deadly weapon. the president takes vacation where the yearly price tag can be greater than the budget of a town...an irs that cannot control giving money to dead people, non-existent people, non-americans etc...a va that buys art work and then says they have no money to treat veterans, an admin that demands that people control their use of elements that contribute to global warming while they personally fly all over the place for business and pleasure. we appear to acknowledge that iran has or will have the ability to create nuclear weapons but this admin signs a one sided agreement with iran that is pro iran where iran has control and no one else does
san bernadino is a tragedy which no one wants repeated and our hearts go out to those who have been affected. will controlling guns prevent this from ever happening? what would stop the bad guys from using knives instead of guns? can the doj stop some people from hating but not others (discrimination!)? people have been criticizing for making reports of suspicions..... being accused of profiling so much that people are afraid to make reports
i do have one question: why did CAIR have a press conference days before the pres of the US said anything regarding san bernardino? what info did they have that our government did not?

'I Got You': San Bernardino Survivor Recalls Coworker's Heroic Last Act
[b]12/05/2015[/I]
A man who shielded a coworker as a final act before he died in Wednesday's terror attack in San Bernardino is being hailed as a hero.
27-year-old Denise Peraza said Shannon Johnson, 45, wrapped his arm around his younger coworker, said "I got you," and saved her life.
Peraza shared the story of her survival and paid tribute to Johnson, whom she called an "amazing" and "selfless" man:
This is Shannon Johnson. Wednesday morning at 10:55 am we were seated next to each other at a table, joking about how we thought the large clock on the wall might be broken because time seemed to be moving so slowly. I would have never guessed that only 5 minutes later, we would be huddled next to each other under that same table, using a fallen chair as a shield from over 60 rounds of bullets being fired across the room.
While I cannot recall every single second that played out that morning, I will always remember his left arm wrapped around me, holding me as close as possible next to him behind that chair.
And amidst all the chaos, I’ll always remember him saying these three words, “I got you.”
I believe I am still here today because of this amazing man. This amazing, selfless man who always brought a smile to everyone’s face in the office with his lively stories about his hometown back in Georgia. Who will be deeply missed by all.
This is Shannon Johnson. My friend, my hero.
Peraza’s sister, Stephanie Rose Baldwin, also praised Johnson on her Facebook page.
"This angel of a man was sitting next to my sister when the shooting happened,” Baldwin wrote. “He helped protect her from the bullets and we are so grateful for his heroic love, that most likely saved her life. She said he was a very sweet man and she spoke with him often at work. Our heart breaks hearing of his passing, and it bursts knowing of his love for my sister."
A GoFundMe page was set up to pay the costs of Johnson's burial. On the page it says that Johnson's girlfriend wants to make it explicit that all leftover proceeds would be used to spread his message of "I Got You."

Obama to urge Americans not to give into fear of terrorism
AP News | Dec 06, 2015
WASHINGTON (AP) — In a rare Oval Office address, President Barack Obama on Sunday night will urge Americans to not give into fear following attacks in Paris and California, while trying to assure the public that he takes the threat of terrorism seriously.
Obama was not expected to announce major policy changes for targeting the Islamic State group. Administration officials said the president's remarks would focus on how the terrorist threat has evolved and what steps the government is taking to keep Americans safe.
"I think what you're going to hear from him is a discussion about what government is doing to ensure all of our highest priority — the protection of the American people," Attorney General Loretta Lynch said in an interview with NBC's "Meet the Press."
"This horrific attack has people on edge and frightened. We've lost so many victims and people were wounded. People are concerned and we understand that," Lynch said.
She said Obama may ask Congress to "to review measures and take action" to safeguard national security, though she did not offer specifics. She suggested he might reiterate his call for stricter gun laws. "Dealing with guns is one way to handle the violent crime issues that we have in this country," Lynch said.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., said Obama has an opportunity "tell the American people how he is willing to adapt to the threat and how he can better prepare our nation for a fight that will inevitably be passed on to his successor." McConnell called on Obama to outline plans for a ground force to dismantle the Islamic State group and detail what legal authorities are needed to defeat encrypted online communication that law enforcement says can be used to evade authorities.
With the prime-time address, Obama was turning to a tool of the presidency that he has used infrequently. He's made televised statements from the Oval Office just twice, the last in 2010.
His speech comes amid criticism that he has underestimated the threat from an extremist group that claimed responsibility for last month's deadly attacks in Paris.
A woman held responsible for last week's shooting in San Bernardino, California, had, under a Facebook alias, pledged allegiance to IS and its leader, according to U.S. official who was not authorized to discuss the case publicly and spoke on condition of anonymity. A Facebook official said the post came about the time the couple stormed the San Bernardino social service center.
Authorities said the woman — a 29-year-old originally from Pakistan — carried out the attack with her 28-year-old American-born husband, killing 14 people and wounding 21. The two were killed in a shootout with police hours after the attack.
Authorities say they believe the guns used by the attackers were legally obtained.
The FBI is investigating the massacre as a terrorist attack that, if proved, would be the deadliest by Islamic extremists on American soil since Sept. 11, 2001.
FBI Director James Comey has said there was no indication yet that the plot was directed by any other foreign terrorist group, though he would not rule out that future possibility.
Obama initially said the shootings could have been terrorist-related or an incident of workplace violence. Two days later, in his weekend radio and Internet address, the president said called the attacks an "act of terror" and said it was "entirely possible that these two attackers were radicalized to commit this act of terror. And if so, it would underscore a threat we've been focused on for years — the danger of people succumbing to violent extremist ideologies."
Lynch said the kind of threats against the United States has evolved because the government has been able to foil plots. "We have come from a time of the large-scale planned al-Qaida-style attacks to the encouragement of lone wolves.'
Some of the Republican presidential candidates had quickly labeled the shootings an act of terrorism and faulted Obama for not saying so immediately. GOP candidates have sought to equate the president's cautious language on terrorism with what they see as his tepid approach to national security.
"I don't know why the president hesitates for so long to call it exactly what it is," New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie said.
Florida Sen. Marco Rubio called on Obama to outline a more robust strategy for defeating IS, which has strongholds in Iraq and Syria. Rubio advocated a "ground force made up primarily of Sunni Arabs from the region, including Iraqis and Syrians, but also a contribution of troops from Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt."
Hillary Clinton, the front-runner for the Democratic presidential nomination, said the U.S. is "not winning" the fight against IS and it's "too soon to say that we are doing everything we need to do." While Clinton has been supportive of Obama's foreign policy, given that she served as his secretary of state, she also has called for a more robust approach to defeating IS, including setting up a no-fly zone.
The president's approach has relied largely on airstrikes by the U.S., as well as European and Arab partners. He has struggled to identify and train effective forces on the ground to supplement those efforts and has ruled out a large scale deployment of American troops.

Obama Plans Gun Executive Order: "Gun Control Will Deter Terrorists"
Officials at the White House are actively seeking a way to use President Obama's executive authority to close the so-called gun show loophole. The law allows thousands of people to buy guns each year without a background check. During questioning from reporter Peter Doocy at the White House's daily press briefing, White House spokesman Josh Earnest said President Obama thinks that gun control would help deter terrorists.
Transcript:
Peter Doocy: "President Obama yesterday jumped to say that this mass shooting means it's time for commonsense gun laws. Does the President really think that common sense gun laws would deter terrorists now that he has admitted that these two may have been terrorists?"
White House press secretary Josh Earnest: "Yes. The president believes that passing common sense gun laws that makes it harder for people with bad intentions to get guns, makes the country safer."
Peter Doocy: "But so the president thinks that when there are potentially two terrorists sitting around planning a mass murder they may call it off because President Obama has put in place common sense gun laws?"
Earnest: "Well Peter, we're still learning of the precise motives of the individuals who carried out this heinous act of violence yesterday. One thing we do know, is the four fire arms they were wielding we're legally purchased under the laws in place now. That's a fact. So, that might lead some to conclude that we should have made it a little harder for them. Would that have changed the entire outcome? We're still investigating the situation but I guess the question is, why wouldn't we? Why wouldn't we make it harder for them? What's the explanation for that?"

she seems to say that the one christian/jew deserved to die at the hands of terrorists...and they deserved to die because they killed....because they were bigots. if that were the case the whole world would be devoid of all humans because we were all born with brains, opinions, appearance that someone else would not like or disagree with. i wonder what she would have to say about the muslim working for dhs who had a facebook page saying to kill whites?
