Hillary Just Took $20 Million From Her Most DESPICABLE Donor Yet, But It Gets WORSE

Written by The Analytical Economist on January 15, 2016

It’s been established that Hillary Clinton has some shady donors. The alleged and established human rights violators on her list of donors include Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and the United Arab Emeritus.

The latest donor may have the largest death toll of them all, however: Planned Parenthood.

    As The Post reported: http://punchingbagpost.com/clinton-a...ed-parenthood/

On Sunday, Hillary Clinton announced her official acceptance of the Planned Parenthood endorsement in the Presidential election, stating that their support reinforces her commitment to women’s “reproductive rights”.

Planned Parenthood has never publicly endorsed a presidential candidate, making this move historical, especially with the organization announcing they will commit $20 million towards her campaign with a focus on hitting the most competitive states.

The organization released a statement saying, “We’re proud to endorse Hillary Clinton for President of the United States. Hillary Clinton holds the strongest record on reproductive rights of all presidential contenders in not just this election, but in American history.”

Although Barack Obama was previously named “the abortion president” by Family Talk, Clinton is giving him a run for his money with this endorsement.
So an organization funded by your tax dollars was able to redistribute those funds into Hillary’s pockets. How is this legal in any way?

Hillary is known to grant special favors to her donors – and has done so for decades. http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/...tret/?page=all

If Hillary ends up in the White House, expect more of your dollars to be sent in Planned Parenthood’s direction.

Grand jury in Texas indicts activists behind Planned Parenthood videos
    Published January 25, 2016
    · FoxNews.com

A Houston grand jury investigating criminal allegations against Planned Parenthood stemming from a series of undercover videos on Monday instead indicted two of the anti-abortion activists who shot the footage.

In a stunning turn of events, the grand jury declined to indict officials from the abortion provider, and instead handed up a felony charges of tampering with a government record against Center for Medical Progress founder David Daleiden and center employee Sandra Merritt. Daleidon was also charged with a misdemeanor count related to purchasing human organs.

"We were called upon to investigate allegations of criminal conduct by Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast," Harris County District Attorney Devon Anderson said. "As I stated at the outset of this investigation, we must go where the evidence leads us. All the evidence uncovered in the course of this investigation was presented to the grand jury. I respect their decision on this difficult case."

The case sprang from a series of dramatic undercover videos in which Center for Medical Progress employees posed as prospective buyers of fetal tissue, and captured several employees of Planned Parenthood and its contractors appearing to discuss practices banned by law. However, when the videos were released online last year, Planned Parenthood claimed selective editing had created a misperception.

Anderson didn't provide details on the charges, including what record or records were allegedly tampered with and why Daleiden faces a charge related to buying human organs. Anderson's office said it could not provide details until the documents charging Daleiden and Merritt were formally made public.

"The Center for Medical Progress uses the same undercover techniques that investigative journalists have used for decades in exercising our First Amendment rights to freedom of speech and of the press, and follows all applicable laws," Daleiden said in a statement in response to the indictment.

"We respect the processes of the Harris County District Attorney, and note that buying fetal tissue requires a seller as well. Planned Parenthood still cannot deny the admissions from their leadership about fetal organ sales captured on video for all the world to see," the statement continued.

Planned Parenthood officials swiftly hailed the indictment as vindication.

"These anti-abortion extremists spent three years creating a fake company, creating fake identities, lying, and breaking the law. When they couldn't find any improper or illegal activity, they made it up," Eric Ferrero, vice president of communications for Planned Parenthood Federation of America, said in a statement.

“As the dust settles and the truth comes out, it's become totally clear that the only people who engaged in wrongdoing are the criminals behind this fraud, and we're glad they're being held accountable,” Ferrero said.

The videos, some of which were shot in Texas, riled anti-abortion activists and prompted Republicans in Congress last summer to unsuccessfully called for cutting off funding for the organization.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, a Republican, has called footage from the Planned Parenthood clinic in Houston "repulsive and unconscionable." It showed people pretending to be from a company that procures fetal tissue for research touring the facility. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton also opened his own investigation into the videos.

Abbott said the indictments will not impact the state's investigation

“The State of Texas will continue to protect life, and I will continue to support legislation prohibiting the sale or transfer of fetal tissue,” he said in a statement.

Rep. Diane Black, R-Tenn., author of the House-passed "Defund Planned Parenthood Act of 2015," said the she was “profoundly disappointed” in the indictments.

“It is a sad day in America when those who harvest the body parts of aborted babies escape consequences for their actions, while the courageous truth-tellers who expose their misdeeds are handed down a politically motivated indictment instead,” she said.

Planned Parenthood says it abides by a law that allows providers to be reimbursed for the costs of processing tissue donated by women who have had abortions.

The Texas video was the fifth released by the group. Before its release, Melaney Linton, president of the Houston Planned Parenthood clinic, told state lawmakers last summer that it was likely to feature actors — pretending to be from a company called BioMax — asking leading questions about how to select potential donors for a supposed study of sickle cell anemia.

Linton said the footage could feature several interactions initiated by BioMax about how and whether a doctor could adjust an abortion if the patient has offered to donate tissue for medical research. She also said Planned Parenthood believed the video would be manipulated.

Earlier this month, Planned Parenthood sued the center in a California federal court, alleging extensive criminal misconduct. The lawsuit says the center's videos were the result of numerous illegalities, including making recordings without consent, registering false identities with state agencies and violating non-disclosure agreements.

After the lawsuit was filed, Daleiden told The Associated Press that he looked forward to confronting Planned Parenthood in court.

Aborted baby’s heart was beating as we harvested his brains: worker in new Planned Parenthood video

SAN JOSE, CA, August 19, 2015 (LifeSiteNews) – A former procurement technician who helped harvest organs at Planned Parenthood said she saw a baby boy's heart beating outside his body before the child's body parts were extracted.

Holly O'Donnell, a former procurement technician at StemExpress, said at Mar Monte’s Alameda clinic in San Jose a co-worker named Jessica brought over the most fully developed baby she had ever seen and said, “I want you to see something kind of cool.”

There she saw the “closest thing to a [fully-developed] baby I've seen.”

“It had a face. It wasn't completely torn up,” she said. “Its nose was very pronounced.”

“She has one of her instruments, and she taps the heart, and it starts beating.”

“I'm looking at this fetus, and it's heart is beating,” O'Donnell said in astonishment.

“I don't know if that constitutes it's technically dead, or it's alive,” she continued.

Dr. Ben Van Handel, the vice president of Novogenix Laboratories, says on the video “there are times when, after the [abortion] procedure is done, that the heart is still beating.”

Story: ‘This is so hard. Oh, God, it’s so hard!’: nurses tell of aborted babies born alive

O'Donnell said that, after showing her the child's beating heart, Jessica told her, “This is a really good fetus, and it looks like we can procure a lot from it.”

She then asked O'Donnell to remove the baby's brain with scissors through the baby's face.

“I can't even describe what that feels like,” O'Donnell said. “That was the moment I knew I couldn't work for the company anymore...even if it was the cure for some disease.”

Planned Parenthood says that fetal tissue donation is a "humanitarian undertaking" and it is not guilty of any crime.

The video – the seventh released by the Center for Medical Progress – underscored revelations made in previous videos that Planned Parenthood officials alter the method of abortions they perform - not out of medical necessity for the mother - but in order to obtain a baby's body intact.

Intact fetal cadavers fetch higher fees, as they maximize the amount of organs and fetal tissue available for experimentation by biotech companies.

Perrin Larton, the procurement manager at Advanced Bioscience Resources, says, "I literally have had women come in and go in the OR [operating room] and they're back out in three minutes."

The doctor told her, "The fetus was already in the vaginal canal whenever we put her in the stirrups. It just fell out."

The first video, which was released just over a month ago, caught Planned Parnethood's senior director of medical services Dr. Deborah Nucatola saying that abortionists will often “change the presentation” of the baby to maximize the number of organs they can preserve intact.

Discussing the harvesting and sale of fetal organs over a business lunch of salad and red wine, Nucatola said she would look at the organs the biotech company wanted and decide during the abortion, “I’m not gonna crush that part. I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact.”

She then described a procedure identical to a partial birth abortion, which has been a federal felony since 2003.

In the fifth undercover video Melissa Farrell, the director of research for Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, admitted "we deviate from our standard" protocol so that "we are able to obtain intact fetal cadavers."

“Sometimes they come out really intact,” a tech at the Houston facility told CMP investigators.

Farrell added that she found dissecting aborted babies "sickening on some level, but it’s fun."

    O'Donnell had a different reaction.

Near the end of the new, 10-and-a-half-minute-long video, O'Donnell said after an abortion, she would often hold the child's body in her hands and ponder what the child's future may have been.

“This could be the next president,” she said. “I wonder at age three if she would like to color.”
Lost in thoughts of the unborn child's potential, she said, “I feel like it's a waste of life, and it's sad that so many people view it as a mistake.”

The videos have provoked a public backlash and spurred Republican leaders at both the state and national level to investigate and defund Planned Parenthood, the nation's leading provider of abortion.

“Today’s video contains heartrending admissions about the absolute barbarism of Planned Parenthood’s abortion practice and baby parts sales in which fetuses are sometimes delivered intact and alive," said CMP lead investigator David Daleiden. "Planned Parenthood is a criminal organization from the top down and should be immediately stripped of taxpayer funding and prosecuted for their atrocities against humanity.”

Doritos Slammed by Abortion Rights Group for Cute Super Bowl Ad—But Americans’ Reactions Are Fierce
By Conor Swanberg - 11 hours ago

Doritos unveiled a silly ad during the Super Bowl tonight. It’s pretty light-hearted.

A mom-to-be is exasperated with her husband, who’s munching on Doritos during an ultrasound. Suddenly the baby starts reaching for Dad’s chips from inside the womb, which doesn’t sit well with Mom.

So she grabs the chips and tosses them. Unfortunately, the baby lunges for them and, well….Let’s just say the birth happens sooner than expected.

    Dumb? Kinda. Funny? Sure.

Cause for an all-out flame war started by abortion rights activists? Didn’t really see that coming.

But that’s exactly what happened when the National Abortion Rights Action League (NARAL) spotted the ad:

    NARAL ‎@NARAL

#NotBuyingIt - that @Doritos ad using #antichoice tactic of humanizing fetuses & sexist tropes of dads as clueless & moms as uptight. #SB50
Yes, they’re upset that the ad “humanized” the fetus.

Well, to put it mildly, Americans weren’t buying into NARAL’s argument.

The responses came in strong and swift:

Truth is that a fetus is indeed a human baby! Thank you @Doritos for showing the truth! #SB50
"Humanizing fetuses"? What is Mom preganant with? A potato? A duck? Nope - a human. Say it with me. She's a baby.
Haha, the level of eye-twitch knee-jerk venom in this @NARAL post is delicious, just like @Doritos.
    And more ....

The Twitter war is still raging, if you feel like joining in.

Kentucky gov sues Planned Parenthood over abortions

USA Today Network Deborah Yetter, The (Louisville, Ky.) Courier-Journal
    6:43 p.m. EST February 18, 2016

FRANKFORT, Ky. — Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin announced Thursday that the state has filed a lawsuit against Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky Inc. for operating a facility in which it alleges that 23 abortions were performed unlawfully from Dec. 3 through Jan. 28.

The lawsuit is the latest development in the clash between Bevin and Planned Parenthood, which has said it was operating under instructions of the state Cabinet for Health and Family Services when it began offering abortions in December at its new clinic in downtown Louisville.

Planned Parenthood suspended offering all abortions while the agency tries to resolve its dispute with the Bevin administration about its effort to obtain a license for the clinic.

The license application was filed last year under the administration of Bevin’s predecessor, former Gov. Steve Beshear, a Democrat. But it had not received the license when it began offering abortions.

The lawsuit, filed in Jefferson Circuit Court, claims Planned Parenthood tried to rush the license application though the cabinet in the final days of the Beshear administration, believing it would be more sympathetic than the incoming governor, an anti-abortion Republican.

“Although I am an unapologetically pro-life individual, I recognize and accept that there are some laws on the books that I do not necessarily agree with,” Bevin said in a press release announcing the lawsuit. “However, we are a nation of laws, and my job is to ensure that they are followed regardless of my personal opinion. This administration will have no tolerance for the type of brazen disregard that Planned Parenthood has shown for both the safety of women and the rule of law.”

The lawsuit said Planned Parenthood can be fined from $500 to $10,000 a day per violation.

The Bevin administration has said the Planned Parenthood license application was deficient because the organization lacked proper agreements with a local hospital and ambulance service in case a patient needed the be transported to a hospital.

Planned Parenthood said it will resubmit updates agreements as part of its application.

But the lawsuit claims that by using what the Bevin administration deemed deficient agreements, "Planned Parenthood knowingly and callously endangered the lives of its patients and began performing abortions at its facility on Dec. 3."

Planned Parenthood officials have said they were simply following the timetable they established as part of moving into the new clinic in December and followed the directives of the cabinet on how to obtain a license. As part of that, they said they were directed to begin all services, including abortions, so the clinic could be inspected prior to final issuance of a license by the cabinet's Office of Inspector General.

Planned Parenthood has released emails and other communications with cabinet officials in support of its claim.

Planned Parenthood officials were not immediately available for comment Thursday

Margaret Sanger has been lauded by some as a woman of valor, but a closer look reveals that Planned Parenthood’s audacious founder had some unsavory things to say about matters of race, birth control, and abortion. An outspoken eugenicist herself, Sanger consistently promoted racist ideals with a contemptuous attitude.

Read on to learn why Planned Parenthood hides behind a false memory of Sanger, and why, despite her extraordinarily prolific writing career, one rarely sees her quoted by Planned Parenthood leaders and apologists.

The most merciful thing that the large family does to one of its infant members is to kill it.
Woman and the New Race, ch. 6: “The Wickedness of Creating Large Families.” Here, Sanger argues that, because the conditions of large families tend to involve poverty and illness, it is better for everyone involved if a child’s life is snuffed out before he or she has a chance to pose difficulties to its family.

[We should] apply a stern and rigid policy of sterilization and segregation to that grade of population whose progeny is tainted, or whose inheritance is such that objectionable traits may be transmitted to offspring.
“Plan for Peace” from Birth Control Review (April 1932, pp. 107-108)

Article 1. The purpose of the American Baby Code shall be to provide for a better distribution of babies… and to protect society against the propagation and increase of the unfit.

Article 4. No woman shall have the legal right to bear a child, and no man shall have the right to become a father, without a permit…

Article 6. No permit for parenthood shall be valid for more than one birth.
America Needs a Code for Babies,” 27 Mar 1934

Give dysgenic groups [people with “bad genes”] in our population their choice of segregation or [compulsory] sterilization.
April 1932 Birth Control Review, pg. 108

Birth control must lead ultimately to a cleaner race.
Woman, Morality, and Birth Control. New York: New York Publishing Company, 1922. Page 12.

We should hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities. The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. We don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.
Margaret Sanger’s December 19, 1939 letter to Dr. Clarence Gamble, 255 Adams Street, Milton, Massachusetts. Also described in Linda Gordon’s Woman’s Body, Woman’s Right: A Social History of Birth Control in America. New York: Grossman Publishers, 1976.

A woman’s duty: To look the whole world in the face with a go-to-hell look in the eyes… to speak and act in defiance of convention.
The Woman Rebel, Volume I, Number 1

[The most penetrating thinkers] are coming to see that a qualitative factor as opposed to a quantitative one is of primary importance in dealing with the great masses of humanity.
Pivot of Civilization, 1922. Here, Margaret Sanger speaks on her eugenic philosophy – that only the types of “quality” people she and her peers viewed as worthy of life should be allowed to live.

Such parents swell the pathetic ranks of the unemployed. Feeble-mindedness perpetuates itself from the ranks of those who are blandly indifferent to their racial responsibilities. And it is largely this type of humanity we are now drawing upon to populate our world for the generations to come. In this orgy of multiplying and replenishing the earth, this type is pari passu multiplying and perpetuating those direst evils in which we must, if civilization is to survive, extirpate by the very roots.
The Need for Birth Control in America (quoted by Angela Franks.)

Women of the working class, especially wage workers, should not have more than two children at most. The average working man can support no more and the average working woman can take care of no more in decent fashion.

Charges dismissed against duo who made anti-Planned Parenthood videos

HOUSTON - A Texas judge on Tuesday dismissed the last remaining charge against two California anti-abortion activists who made undercover videos of themselves trying to buy fetal tissue from Planned Parenthood.

District Judge Brock Thomas dismissed the tampering with government records charge against 27-year-old David Daleiden and 63-year-old Sandra Merritt upon the request of the Harris County prosecutor's office.

Defense attorneys said the pair never should have been indicted. If they had been convicted of the felony charge, each could have been sentenced to up to 20 years in prison.

Prosecutors alleged that Daleiden and Merritt used fake driver's licenses to conceal their identities while dealing with Planned Parenthood. The videos accused Planned Parenthood of illegally selling fetal tissue to researchers for profit.

Merritt and Daleiden, who founded a group called the Center for Medical Progress, previously rejected plea deals offering them probation. Daleiden previously said his group followed the law in making the videos.

Daleiden said in April that agents investigating the case had raided his home. Daleiden said agents left behind documents that he contends implicate Planned Parenthood in illegal behavior related to the handling of fetal tissue.

Texas authorities initially began a grand jury investigation of Planned Parenthood after the undercover videos were released last August. But the grand jury cleared Planned Parenthood of misusing fetal tissue and instead indicted Merritt and Daleiden, who has said he was working undercover as a journalist to expose illegalities in the handling of fetal tissue.

The Tampering With Governmental Record statute itself provided a defense that the prosecutors would have a lot of trouble refuting. "(f) It is a defense to prosecution under Subsection (a)(1), (a)(2), or (a)(5) that the false entry or false information could have no effect on the government's purpose for requiring the governmental record." Changing the name on a California driver's license to identify an undercover investigator to Planned Parenthood reps in a Houston hotel does not have any effect on the purpose of the California license. It wasn't being used to drive with a false name, nor for any legally required identification. The charge was outrageously improper, and the prosecutors may have some trouble of their own, as may Planned Parenthood.

    ..

About time. If this were to stand, investigative journalists everywhere would be in trouble with the law. You only have to watch 60 minutes to see that sometimes, undercover is the only way to the unvarnished, unattractive truth.

    ..

Kill the messengers, not the people killing unborn babies and selling their organs.
