Federal court documents recently obtained by Fox News show that Hillary Clinton, as secretary of state, supported a covert exchange of weapons to the rebels in Libya who subsequently carried out the attack on the American diplomatic compound in Benghazi on September 11, 2012.

The attack took the lives of U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens, U.S. Foreign Service Information Management Officer Sean Smith, and two CIA contractors, Glen Doherty and Tyrone S. Woods.

In sworn testimony to the District Court of Arizona on May 5, 2015, CIA officer David Manners said, “It was then, and remains now, my opinion that the United States did participate, directly or indirectly, in the supply of weapons to the Libyan Transitional National Council.”

Manners’ testimony was part of a grand-jury investigation of Marc Turi, an American defense contractor, who is suspected of facilitating the secretive flow of weapons into Libya as part of an effort to overthrow the regime of Moammar Qaddafi.

Turi claimed that Obama administration officials and members of Congress knew that weapons were flowing into the region as early as 2011 and being re-routed to forces hostile to the United States in not only Libya but also Syria.

“I got involved in this business in the 1990s,” Turi said. “I’ve been involved in all type of operations regarding transportation, logistics and liaising with those foreign governments.”

Yet, incredibly, Turi has a criminal record. His rap sheet shows that, in the late 1980s, he stole a computer and an automobile and wrote bad checks — one for $100,000. Fox News has confirmed that he spent jail time in Arizona.

It has also been revealed that while Clinton was secretary of state, American arms dealers were awarded a record number of licenses to sell weapons internationally, from about $34 billion to $44 billion in 2011 alone.

During that time, Turi explained that he had high-level connections inside and outside the U.S. government that encouraged him to arm the Libyans who were intent on overthrowing Qaddafi. Manners was one of Turi’s contacts.

So on March 12, 2011, Turi submitted a $267 million contract to supply weapons to a U.S. ally that would covertly send them to Libya. Two days later, Clinton met with Mustafa Jibril, a senior member of the Libyan Transitional National Council.

That these events were merely coincidental is doubtful, especially in light of an April 8, 2011, email from Clinton that states, “The idea of using private security experts to arm the opposition should be considered.”

In May 2011, the State Department approved Turi’s contract (H/T WZ).

The court documents suggest that Clinton actively supported the indirect weapon exchange to Libyan rebels who were responsible for the Benghazi attack a little more than a year later. Based on this information, Clinton should be behind bars for treason.

But, unbelievably, she is currently campaigning to be the next person behind that large desk in the Oval Office at the White House.

my understanding is that if you facilitate by providing instruments that result in the harming and/or murder, then you are as guilty as the person who committed the crime.

Paul: 'Very Good Chance' Hillary Lied to Congress About Syria, Libya Weapons
    July 08, 2015 // 9:35am 
    As seen on America's Newsroom

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) said today that Hillary Clinton was a "cheerleader" for weapons shipments to rebels in Syria and Libya, adding that there is a "very good chance" she lied to Congress about the arms deals.

Paul joined Bill Hemmer this morning to discuss new reporting by Fox News' Catherine Herridge, which details the arms shipments occurring while Clinton was secretary of state.

At a Senate hearing in 2013 on the Benghazi attack, Paul pressed Clinton on the reports of arms shipments, and Clinton responded that she had no knowledge of it.

Paul said many of the weapons - reportedly sent by the United States to Qatar, and then to rebels - may have ended up in the hands of groups that eventually became ISIS.

"Some of the emails coming out about Benghazi indicate that maybe she did know a lot more about this arms trade than she let on," said Paul, raising the possibility that Clinton "lied" before Congress.

"I think there's a very good chance [she lied]. I think there's no way Hillary Clinton did not know about this. Her private emails show that she was the one supporting arming these people," said Paul.

He explained that the groups that received these weapons "are not friends of America," noting that ISIS fighters now have a billion dollars worth of American humvees.

Paul also called out Republican "hawks" for supporting the weapons shipments.

We’ve all watched in frustration at the agonizing — and politically calculated — slowness with which key emails from both then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and former IRS commissioner Lois Lerner.

Now, it appears the passive-aggressively slow release of this information is even testing the patience of the judges overseeing the process in both cases.

    As The Blaze tells us:

A federal judge unloaded on State Department officials Thursday night, saying he was perplexed as to why it was taking so long for the agency to release Hillary Clinton emails in compliance with Freedom of Information Act requests, Politico reported.

U.S. District Court Judge Richard Leon, who scolded officials just last week, conveyed concerns that the federal agency was taking its time producing records to protect the Democratic frontrunner.

“Now, any person should be able to review that in one day — one day,” the judge said, referencing one request for approximately 60 emails, Politico reported. “Even the least ambitious bureaucrat could do this!”
YEAH! How many of us have uttered the exact same sentiment?

According to Politico, the State Department also revealed that it is still awaiting work-related emails from some of Clinton’s former top aides. Her former spokesman Phillipe Reines, just turned over 20 boxes of emails on Tuesday night.

The court hearing was part of an ongoing lawsuit filed by the Associated Press over records requested years ago which have been ignored.

“State has been criticized for how slow it is … surely you know this,” Leon said, Politico reported.

The State Department is expected to release more of Clinton’s emails on Friday.

Meanwhile, in another Washington, D.C. courtroom, a judge threatened to hold the involved parties in contempt for their foot-dragging to comply with the orders to produce emails and other required documents.

    As Judicial Watch reports:

During the a status hearing today, Sullivan warned that the failure to follow his order was serious and the IRS and Justice Department’s excuses for not following his July 1 order were “indefensible, ridiculous, and absurd.” He asked the IRS’ Justice Department lawyer Geoffrey Klimas, “Why didn’t the IRS comply” with his court order and “why shouldn’t the Court hold the Commissioner of the IRS in contempt.”

Judge Sullivan referenced his contempt findings against Justice Department prosecutors in the prosecution of late Senator Ted Stevens (R-AK) and reminded the Justice Department attorney he had the ability to detain him for contempt. Warning he would tolerate no further disregard of his orders, Judge Sullivan said, “I will haul into court the IRS Commissioner to hold him personally in contempt.”
Whoa, “indefensible, ridiculous, and absurd”! Can’t argue with that.

Do these two concurrent episodes suggest that the tide may be turning in favor of releasing the truth to the American people? As we’re now just over 15 months away from deciding who will take on the presidency in 2016, the clock is fast ticking, so let’s hope these judges keep the fire under these politically-motivated stonewallers!

Spoliation of evidence brings with it a presumption of guilt to the offense in question. Presenting a PC with its hard drive wiped clean would be grounds for prosecution and lose the case for an ordinary defendant under trial.

Hillary Clinton turns in ‘blank’ email server to investigators
By Marisa Schultz and Jamie Schram - August 13, 2015

Hillary Rodham Clinton complied with Justice Department requests for her server — by turning over a hunk of junk.

The much-sought-after home server “was blank,” said Barbara Wells, a lawyer representing the Denver-based computer firm Platte River Networks, which managed the server for Clinton.

“The information had been migrated over to a different server for purposes of transition,” Wells told The Washington Post. “To my knowledge, the data on the old server is not available now on any servers or devices in Platte River Networks’ control.”

Computer experts told The Post that by deleting content, Clinton has made it difficult, but not impossible, to recover her messages.

“If you delete a large file and then write over it with a smaller file, then you may be able to *retrieve the data that was not written over,” a federal law-enforcement source told The Post.“If somebody uses a software program to scrub the hard drive clean, that’s problematic.”

But another expert said the FBI has been able to capture data even in cases where “subjects” thought it was irre*trievable.

Clinton said she turned over all her official e-mails to the State Department in December and then wiped clean her server.

Clinton deleted some 30,000 personal e-mails but backed up work ones on thumb drives that were also turned over to federal authorities.

In compliance with a federal court order, lawyers for two top Clinton aides, Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills, assured a judge Wednesday the aides won’t delete any of their official e-mails.

The Clinton campaign said Thursday there is nothing on her server left to retrieve. “As David Kendall [Clinton’s lawyer] said in March, we do not believe any e-mails from her time as secretary exist on the server,” the campaign said in a statement.

Platte River says it began work for Clinton in June 2013, after she left office, to upgrade, secure and manage her e-mail server.

The company retrieved the server from her New York home and housed it at a data center in New Jersey, said company spokesman Andy Boian.

Wells did not return phones for comment on whether the content can still be retrieved.

It’s unclear when the server was wiped clean when “migrated” to a different server, as Wells said, and where that information was transferred.

    Clinton’s campaign did not say.

One security expert said many questions remain. “They are saying they migrated that data somewhere. Where is the somewhere?” asked the security expert, who asked not be identified for fear of legal ramifications from his employer. “What happened to the data that was transferred, and is the new server following any of the regulations it’s supposed to?”

then this government should get hold of the equipment where H's info was migrated to.......before it gets destroyed. the fact that her attorney has a thumb drive with sensitive info that no one without clearance should have should be enough for any judge to issue warrants for any equipment h or her staff or her attorney has.

US Was Running Weapons Thru Benghazi to Syria
FOX News confirmed today that the US ran guns from Benghazi to Syria before the attack on the US consulate on September 11, 2012.

The US Ambassador to Libya and three others were killed in the terrorist attack.

The Obama administration was running weapons to Syria.

    Jim Hoft May 18th, 2015 8:44 am

FOX News reported Monday that the US was sending guns to Banias and Borj Islam, Syria before the Benghazi terrorist attack.

US Intelligence agencies were fully aware that weapons were moving from the terrorist stronghold in Libya to Syria before the attack that killed four Americans…
September 16, 2012 DIA Memo copied to the National Security Council, CIA, and others concluded the Benghazi terrorist attack was planned at least ten or more days in advance…

The memo also tied the attack to 9-11… No discussion of a demonstration or anti-Mohammad video.

US officials were aware that weapons were being shipped to Syria by the Port of Benghazi.
The US was in fact running guns from Benghazi to Syria when the annex and consulate were attacked.

Senator Rand Paul questioned Hillary Clinton about this gun running program back in January 2013 during her testimony on the Benghazi terrorist attack.

Hillary Clinton said she did not know about the program while testifying under oath.
    Here is the transcript:

Sen. Rand Paul: My question is, is the US involved in any procuring of weapons, transfer of weapons, buying, selling anyhow transferring weapons to Turkey out of Libya?

Hillary Clinton: To Turkey? I’ll have to take that question for the record. That’s, nobody’s ever raised that with me.

Sen. Rand Paul: It’s been in news reports that ships have been leaving from Libya and that they may have weapons. And what I’d like to know is, that annex that was close by, were they involved with procuring, buying, selling, obtaining weapons and were any of these weapons being transferred to other countries? ANy countries, Turkey included?

Hillary Clinton: Well, Senator you’ll have to direct that question to the agency that ran the annex. And, I will see what information was available.

Sen. Rand Paul: You’re saying you don’t know?

Hillary Clinton: I do not know. I don’t have any information on that.
Rand Paul accused the Obama administration in January 2013 of running guns to Syrian rebels.

    Rand Paul was right.

What Just Came Out of Trey Gowdy’s Mouth is the Last Thing Hillary Wanted to Hear
18 Aug, 2015 by Cassy Fiano

Hillary Clinton is trying her best to make the e-mail scandal disappear, but Republicans in Congress refuse to roll over for her. And Trey Gowdy is promising that she’s going to get some tough questions when it comes time to testify.

Rep. Trey Gowdy, chairman of the U.S. House Select Committee on Benghazi, described the likely outcome of his face-off with Clinton in October. He noted that, given her insistence that she will only appear before the committee once, the testimony she gives must be all-inclusive.

Therefore, Gowdy predicted, “she’s going to be there a while.”

He went on to clarify that everyone involved in the hearing will “stay there until all of the questions” have been adequately answered.

… For her part, Clinton is already de-emphasizing the relevance of the email controversy.

“They’ll try to tell you it’s about Benghazi,” she told a crowd in Iowa Saturday. “I won’t get down in the mud with them. I won’t play politics with national security or dishonor the memory of those who we lost. I won’t pretend that this is anything other than what it is: the same old partisan games we’ve seen so many times before.”
It’s about time someone was willing to play hardball with Hillary. While this will be good for the American people, it also may very well be the end of her presidential aspirations, once and for all.
