O said if i make a mistake i will apologize (google search will find sites)
well, O and holder according their their investigation did make a mistake when they created a bigger racial divide when hinting that officer wilson murdered michael brown. the report justified the officer's action. so where is the apology? I do not think it will ever come. O and holder's actions embolden those to riot, loot and cause harm. they had no trouble getting on TV when this first occurred and castigating police departments for being anti-black and demanding changes. by throwing out this race card, they have given the protestors, rioters, arsonists, assaulters permission to do exactly what they are now doing. what is this administration trying to do? destroy america? It's scary that there is a professor who has students pledging against america. a college president who is now apologizing for saying that 'all lives matter' instead of saying only 'black lives matter' which can be interpreted that her life does not matter since she is not black. where is this administration (and most of the media) when 2 bosnians in st louis where attacked - one man hammered to death and days later a woman beaten up where she said she was attacked by 3 black teenagers? Personally they are guilty of giving blacks a bad name and I know there are many good blacks all around this country. The elderly man in berkeley was trying to stop a crime but imho he was misguided based on the protests that have been going on where there are crimes committed and they are using protest as excuses to commit these crimes (and profit from them). Perhaps all police departments should get the name, number and addresses of these police haters so that should they call 911 their calls can be ignored.

Does anyone else think that the Los Angeles apartment building that was being built, and caught on fire, was done on purpose by someone protesting all of this??

As soon as I heard about the fire, I thought ''it had to be the protestors!"

actually Darren Wilson's civil rights were violated and he should have the right to go after people who defamed him and provided false accusations. He should be compensated by those individuals because his life was threatened and had to resign from his job.

"Milwaukee Country Sheriff David Clarke sounds off on Al Sharpton for race-baiting, telling him to ‘shut up and go back to the gutter that he came from.” amen! scary knowing that obama and the mayor of nyc embrace a man whose character and actions create an atmosphere of hatred and destruction as seen in the streets of fergusen, nyc and many other cities and towns across the US.

This video is breathtaking - in a bad way. Of course the activists who tacitly condoned Ferguson violence are now upset this video of violence is now public

After tacitly condoning Ferguson looting, activists now upset about video showing actual looting

Written by Michele Hickford, Editor-in-Chief on January 22, 2015

Recently released by local police in Missouri, this surveillance video shows an astonishing use of force by young looters, taking out their frustrations on a market in the city of Dellwood near Ferguson in November after the Grand Jury declined to indict Officer Darren Wilson.

After unsuccessfully breaking down the door, they simply take down the adjacent wall, and the phalanx of looters streams inside.

Police said they released the video in the hope that citizens might help investigators identify the more than 180 looters who vandalized the building.

However, despite fanning the flames of violence and looting, Eric Holder’s Department of Justice Civil Rights Division is unlikely to bring charges against Officer Darren Wilson after conducting a thorough investigation into the claim that he had violated Michael Brown’s civil rights.

    As Hot Air reports, http://hotair.com/archives/2015/01/2...-transparency/
“this comes after Attorney General Eric Holder traveled to Missouri and told anguished local residents that he believed racial antipathy played a role in the drama that played out in that town last year.”

“The investigation into Wilson is slated to come to an end in the spring, and Holder will likely reveal that the Feds found no evidence sufficient to charge Wilson with a civil rights crime before he leaves his post. It will be a familiar scene. Activists were deeply wounded when the DOJ failed to find sufficient evidence to charge George Zimmerman with having violated Trayvon Martin’s civil rights or even that he harbored racially insensitive sentiments.”
In both of these high profile, supposed examples of racially motivated violence against black men, activists simply can’t handle the truth.

But activists would prefer the particular truth in this video stayed hidden.

About the release of the video, Atlanta Black Star columnist Nick Chiles wrote http://hotair.com/archives/2015/01/2...-transparency/
“It’s a dramatic illustration of law enforcement attempting to subvert the emerging narrative of black youth energized and engaged, flooding the streets of this country in demonstrative displays of their anger.”
Black youth energized and engaged is a great thing. But abject lawlessness does nothing to help the cause, battle prejudice or engender sympathy.

perhaps eric holder should investigate his incitement relating to officer wilson and destruction and looting. my understanding is if a person robs a bank, then anyone involved including the driver is just as culpable. also if a person threatens to jump off a building and a person in the street encourages them to jump and the person jumps then the person who yelled 'jump' can be arrested and prosecuting for assisting in a suicide. therefore if anyone has encouraged looting, destructive rioting etc, then they are as guilty as the people who committed the crime. of course we all know what happens when holder investigates himself.............he does not find himself guilty of anything but perhaps he can do something about other people who can be seen as instigators in any of the crimes committed......................but i will not hold my breathe.

    Black Man is Sentenced for Torture and Murder of White Teens;
Wait Until You See Who He Apologized To

January 22, 2015 By Jennifer Burke

Two black men, Fredrick Young and Felando Hunter, were sentenced on Wednesday to life in prison without parole for robbing, torturing and murdering two white teens in Detroit.

The teens, Jourdan Bobbish and his friend Jacob Kudla, were murdered execution style in Detroit where they reportedly had gone to try to buy drugs. They were reported missing in July 2012 and their bodies were found in a field days later.

During the sentencing, there was heartfelt testimony from the victims’ families.

Kudla’s mother, Judy, said through choked back tears,
“Not only did the defendant take away my son’s future. He took away my future – my future as a mother – my future as a grandmother.”
    Bobbish’s mom shared,
“I have sorrow in my heart, soul and every fiber of my being today and I will carry that with me for the rest of my life here on earth.”
After listening to statements from the mothers and other family members of the teens whose lives they did not just take, but who they tortured beforehand, one of the men said something completely unconscionable when he had the chance to speak.

Frederick Young, standing next to his attorney, said,
“I’d like to say sorry to the families of Aiyanna Jones, Michael Brown, Eric Garner. And I want to apologize to them for not being able to get justice for their loved ones who was murdered in cold blood – and in respect for the peaceful protest, I want to say hands up don’t shoot. Black lives matter – that’s it your honor.”

The Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office announces Wednesday that a Detroit man and a Jackson man have been arrested and charged with the killing of two teens from Westland.

It was later in July, 2012, when 18-year-old Jacob Kudla and 17-year-old Jourdan Bobbish went to visit Kudla’s uncle in Detroit. They never came home; and, after a frantic days long search by friends and relatives, their bodies were found hidden among overgrown weeds in a field on Detroit’s east side.

Police had said killings were the result of a drug deal gone wrong; but they’ve been working 21 months for a break in the case.

In announcing the charges, Prosecutor Kym Worthy says that 25-year-old Frederick Young of Detroit and 23-year-old Ferlando Hunter of Jackson robbed, tortured, imprisoned and killed both victims.

Prosecutors, testifying in an evidence tampering hearing related to the case, said Kudla and Bobbish had been shot execution-style in the back of the head.

Young and Hunter have each been charged with first degree murder, torture, armed robbery, unlawful imprisonment and felony firearm. Young, in addition, was charged with felon in possession of a firearm

No retrial for Detroit policeman who shot child
    Reuters ~ 23 hours ago

(Reuters) - Prosecutors will not seek a third trial for a Detroit police officer who fatally shot a sleeping child during a raid on a house in 2010, Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy said on Wednesday.

Jurors in October were unable to reach a verdict in the trial of Officer Joseph Weekley, the second time that a trial against the officer in the death of 7-year-old Aiyana Stanley-Jones ended in a mistrial.

Worthy said prosecutors informed the girl's family on Wednesday they would not seek a retrial and would move to dismiss the case on Friday.

A Wayne County judge granted Weekley a directed verdict on the more serious felony charge of involuntary manslaughter during the trial, a decision prosecutors cannot appeal.

Jurors were unable to reach a verdict on a misdemeanor charge of reckless discharge of a firearm against Weekley.

Jones' shooting stirred protests and tension in Detroit and heightened concerns about excessive force by police and the trial was heard while the shooting of an unarmed black teenager by a white officer in Ferguson, Missouri, sparked protests and national discussion over police conduct.

Detroit police had been searching for a suspect in the fatal shooting of a teenager when they raided the building where Jones was sleeping. The suspect was apprehended in the building and later sentenced to life in prison.

Jones was struck in the head by a bullet during the raid and prosecutors argued that Weekley had been wilfully negligent. An attorney for the officer said the gun discharged when Jones' grandmother grabbed it.

The family is harboring a felon in their home where the child lay sleeping ... and the want to hold the police officer to charges of reckless and negligent behavior ?? The grandmother grabbed a cops gun during the raid ?? Where is the family's responiblity ?

2 officers shot outside Ferguson Police Department

    Posted: Mar 12, 2015 1:09 AM CDT

Two police officers were in serious condition after being shot outside the Ferguson Police Department building shortly after midnight Thursday.

St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar said one is a 41-year-old St. Louis County officer and 14-year law enforcement veteran, and the other one is a 32-year-old Webster Groves officer and seven-year law enforcement veteran.

The police chief said he thinks the officers were targeted for being police officers, based on the fact that they were standing among a group of officers when at least three shots rang out.

One officer was shot in the shoulder, and the other was shot in the face, Belmar said. Both are conscious and are expected to recover. "However, those are very, very serious gunshot injuries to be able to sustain in your upper torso and certainly in your face, so they're being treated right now. Family is with them," Belmar said.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yN-W...layer_embedded

The shots were fired in the midst of protests that sprung up after Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson resigned Wednesday. Belmar said the night had been uneventful until midnight.

The resignations of Jackson and five city officials resulted after a scathing Department of Justice report that criticized policing and justice in the city, stating that city officials targeted African-Americans as a source of revenue and abuse.

The Department of Justice investigated Ferguson after Officer Darren Wilson shot an unarmed Michael Brown in 2014. A grand jury did not indict Wilson, and the Department of Justice failed to find civil rights violations.
