Earlier today Hillary Clinton met with the FBI as part of its criminal investigation into her private email server. As all other high profile members of Hillary’s staff have already been interviewed, this likely signals the investigation is nearing an end.

The New York Times reports:



Are we really supposed to believe that this interview was voluntary? Those at the center of a criminal investigation seldom get the choice of whether or not to cooperate with authorities.

We’re also supposed to believe Hillary voluntarily took three and a half hours out of her day today for that interview. Do you have any idea how much money in speaking fees she can earn in three and a half hours?

Mrs. Clinton’s use of a private server and Republicans’ continued attacks have chipped away at her trust numbers. A Quinnipiac University poll released on Wednesday found that voters deemed Mr. Trump more honest and trustworthy than Mrs. Clinton, 45 percent to 37 percent.

Mrs. Clinton did not cooperate with a State Department inspector general’s audit of her email practices that concluded she had failed to comply with agency policies on record keeping. But her campaign had said she would fully cooperate with the F.B.I.

“To our mind, it made sense to prioritize the review being conducted by the Justice Department, and so, accordingly, Hillary Clinton has said since last August she’d be happy to sit with them at whatever point they approach her, which has not happened yet,” a spokesman, Brian Fallon, told CNN in May.

It turns out that famous statement Bernie Sanders made during the first Democrat primary debate couldn’t have been any more false. People really do care about her damn emails.

And Comey just said the "culture in the State Dept." was such that no one dared say anything about her breaking the law by what she was doing. In other words: IF YOU CHALLENGE A CLINTON...YOU COULD DIE!!

Here is my take away from Comey and the Congressional hearing and it is all damning to Hillary.

In their zeal to protect Comey, the Dems have reinforced that he ran a fair and objective investigation. They missed the point though. By protecting the integrity of the investigation they then support the finds that:

1. Hillary lied.
2. Hillary and her staff were extremely careless.
3. Former First Lady, Former Senator, Former Secretary of State, "not sure Clinton would have recognized classified markings on emails"
4. Hillary Clinton was "sophisticated" enough to know that a (C) marking on emails meant "confidential.
5. There were classified emails on her server.
6. Hillary Clinton was "sophisticated" enough to know identify whether an emails was classified by its content.
7. Contrary to her previous denials, she used multiple devices.
8. She still had official documents in her possession.
9. She knowingly destroyed official documents rather than turning them in.

and so on. But the real kicker is Comey said that while he felt the offenses did not rise to the level of criminality, they should be treated with administrative sanctions to included lose of security clearance. Given all of this, how can this woman be qualified to hold the office of President and how can she be capable, given her lack of "sophistication" in important areas to perform the duties of President.

1). Mrs. Clinton, when you were Secretary of State, why did you solicit contributions from foreign governments, (Muslim princes donated multi-millions and got favors in return) for the Clinton Foundation after you promised President Obama you would not?

(2). Mrs. Clinton, "When you left the White House after your husband’s last term as president, why did you steal $200,000.00 worth of furniture, china, and artwork? And why did you tell the public that you ‘returned it’ when you only brought back $27,000 of it?

(3). Mrs. Clinton, why do you and your husband claim to contribute millions of dollars to charity for a tax write off when it goes directly into your Clinton Foundation which only gives out 10% of the funds to charitable purposes and you pocket the balance to support yourself tax free? What does your daughter Chelsea do there for her 3 million dollar yearly salary?

(4). Mrs. Clinton, why are you unable to account for 6 billion dollars of State department funds that seem to have disappeared while you were Secretary of State?

(5). Mrs. Clinton why did you say you were broke when you left the White House, but purchased a 5 million dollar home, built an addition for the secret service, and charge the tax payers of the United States $15,000.00 a month for their rent, an amount that pays your the entire mortgage?

(6). Mrs. Clinton why did you lie to the American people about the terrorist attack in Benghazi, but managed to tell the truth to your daughter that same night it happened?

(7). Mrs. Clinton, why did you say, “I do not recall,” “I have no recollection,” and “I don’t know” 56 times while testifying under oath during the Starr investigations?

(8). Mrs. Clinton, what really happened to Ron Brown when he was about to testify against you and your husband?

(9). Mrs. Clinton what really happened to law partner Vince Foster? There is no way he committed suicide in Fort Marcy Park. The gun was found in his right hand, Vince Foster was left handed.

She did nothing wrong - she just put a private server in her bathroom. Hillary only put our national security at risk . She deleted the emails while under investigation. Pay no attention to the disbarred impeached husband that met with Loretta Lynch on a private plane. It was poor judgment - just like Benghazi - poor judgment - just like Libya - poor judgment. Just like persecuting the women Bill womanize - poor judgment. Just like taking money from foreign countries that oppress and abuse women! Just like supporting nafta. Hillary lies to cover her poor judgement !!!Everything she has said about Trump, she and her husband are guilty of!!!!

Any other government official, employee or military person who does what she did would be going to prison and they all know this, they all have to sign a contract document that clearly states the rules regarding the handling of classified information. Carelessness on her part only shows her disregard for the rules as they pertain to everyone else! She clearly feels she is above the law! If I was or am in prison for the same violation, I would be asking for a retrial and/or retribution! In my opinion, Hillary is the poster-child for (why I hate politics & politicians), they are all dishonest and she is the most dishonest of them all ! I am neither Democrat or Republican and what amazes me is how political party followers on both sides truly believe based solely on party affiliation that their candidate is truthful & honest.

On Monday America celebrated the 240th anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration of Independence, which condemned King George III for “(obstructing) the Administration of Justice.” On Tuesday the American left celebrated as the federal government obstructed the administration of justice on behalf of one of its ruling families, the Clintons.

Last week the attorney general of the United States met with former President Bill Clinton, whose wife and foundation were under FBI investigation. They both insisted nothing untoward happened. Days later The New York Times reported that Hillary Clinton might offer Lynch a position in her administration.

Over the holiday weekend the Obama administration announced that President Obama would fly to North Carolina with Clinton aboard Air Force One in order to campaign with her. Americans would, in part, foot the bill for the travel.

On Tuesday FBI Director James Comey called a supposedly impromptu press conference to announce his findings in the investigation of Clinton’s private email server. He began by announcing that nobody knew what he was about to say, which seems implausible given that Obama was preparing to go onstage with Clinton at the time. Is it even within the realm of imagination that Obama would stand next to Clinton hours after Comey announced the intent to prosecute her? Of course not.

Then, Comey proceeded to lay out all the reasons why Clinton should have been indicted: She set up multiple private email servers, all of which were vulnerable to hack; she did not set them up in order to use one mobile device, as she has so often stated; she transmitted and received highly classified material; her team deleted emails that could have contained relevant and classified information; she knew that classified information was crossing her server. He concluded that Clinton’s team was “extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.”

This was all criminal activity.

But Clinton is a member of the Royal Family. Thus, said Comey, she was innocent. Comey tried to say he wouldn’t recommend prosecution because she didn’t have the requisite intent, but the law doesn’t (SET ITAL) require (END ITAL) intent; it requires merely “gross negligence” under 18 U.S.C. 793. In fact, even the level of intent required to charge under statutes like 18 U.S.C. 1924 and 18 U.S.C. 798 was clearly met: the intent to place classified information in a nonapproved, non-classified place.

Nonetheless, Clinton would be allowed to roam free — and become president. “To be clear,” Comey intoned, “this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now.”

One rule for the peons, one for the potentates.

This is the Wilsonian legacy, finally achieved after a century of waiting: the Big Man (or Woman), unanswerable to the law, approved by the population without regard to equality under the law. We now elect our dictators. And they are unanswerable to us — except, presumably, once every four years. The commonfolk, on the other hand, find themselves on the wrong side of the government gun every day.

Tyranny doesn’t start with jackboots. It begins with the notion that a different law applies to the powerful than to the powerless. Under Barack Obama tyranny has become a way of life. Ronald Reagan always said that freedom was one generation away from extinction. It looks like we’ve finally found that generation.

Based on Comey's testimony today Hillary perjured herself, under oath, during her Benghazi testimony before a Congressional Committee. Her statements represent more felony counts based on her untruthful statements to the committee as affirmed by Comey's testimony today. Based on his testimony today this woman should be fried. Regular or extra crispy? How stupid do they think we are? Comey confirmed she lied about the number of e-mail devices she had, deleted thousands of e-mails, said there was nothing classified on those e-mails, and tried to withhold information from the investigation. What more do you want? This is an evil woman corrupted by power. Her actions endangered the lives of many and definitely killed those in Benghazi. She is a traitor and should face justice. If she is not indicted, consider there is no more law in America. Do as you please. Convicted traitors are sentenced to life or put up against a wall and shot. I'll be happy with either.
