Video: Hundreds Of DHS Armored Trucks On The Move?
More footage of military vehicles being delivered surfaces online
    Steve Watson ~ Infowars.com ~ March 25, 2013

Footage of hundreds of armored trucks, similar to ones reportedly purchased recently by the Department Of Homeland Security has appeared online, raising more questions over their intended use.

The video was uploaded to YouTube last week by a user who stated that it was shot in the middle of the desert between Hackberry and Peach Springs, Arizona.

It shows hundreds of military style trucks loaded on to a train, presumably in the process of being delivered domestically for law enforcement or military purposes.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OTHb1...layer_embedded

The video raises significant questions in the wake of reports that the Department of Homeland Security, headed by Janet Napolitano, recently purchased around 2,700 MRAP trucks that many believe are to be deployed to local law enforcement agencies around the country.

It is clear that the DHS does have fleets of armoured vehicles intended for use in the US.

Here is a demonstration video of such a vehicle by ICE agents: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0pS9a...layer_embedded

Does the latest video show these same type of trucks in the process of being delivered?

The footage is the latest in a spate of similar videos to surface on the internet in recent months showing huge amounts of military equipment packed onto trains en route within the US. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VkYfS...layer_embedded

As we reported today, the DHS’ mass arms build-up continues, with the report that the agency has bought another 360,000 rounds of hollow point ammunition to add to the roughly 2 billion bullets already bought over the past year.

Such stark activity with little to no background detail has prompted several Congressmen to ask the federal government for an explanation. According to some elected representatives, the DHS has refused to answer specific questions on the purchases, stating only that the ammunition is for “training purposes” over the next five years, and has been bulk ordered to save money.

As we have pointed out numerous times however, military experts have noted that hollow point bullets are unsuitable for training, and are much more expensive than full metal jackets.

Efforts by government media mouthpieces to dismiss the story have only caused it to become more viral.

The DHS has also purchased 7,000 fully automatic assault rifles, as well as cementing a $2 million dollar relationship with a contractor that recently had to apologize for producing shooting targets of pregnant women, children and elderly gun owners depicted in residential settings.

The DHS has also been busy buying large supplies of body armor, leading to shortages. Last year, the agency put out an urgent order for “riot gear” in anticipation of civil unrest. The agency has also ordered bullet-proof checkpoint booths and hired hundreds of new security guards to protect government buildings over the course of the last 12 months. None of this has been addressed by the mainstream media.

4 Star General Warns Marines To Prepare For New Battleground
    March 25, 2013

General James Amos a 4 star general is telling Marines to save ammo and prepare for a different kind of battle.

As a Naval Aviator, Amos commanded the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003 and 2004. He served as the 31st Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps from July 3, 2008 to October 22, 2010. Amos assumed his current assignment on October 22, 2010

In his YouTube video, General Amos warns about a “different landscape” and encourages people to think smarter. The General also encourages Marines to, “Save every round, every gallon of gas.” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RoG-j...ature=youtu.be

This comes during a time when the DHS has stockpiled over 2 billion rounds of ammunition, purchased nearly 3000 tanks and refuses to answer questions about why they are doing it.

This comes on the heels after Captain Terry M. Hestilow United States Army, Retired, urged citizens to write to Senators demanding action against the DHS.

In a recent interview with Rep. Huelskamp at CPAC, he had expressed concerns to DHS over the purchase but received no response. “They have no answer for that question. They refuse to answer to answer that,” Huelskamp said on the video of the purchases. His office told Whispers that he had sent a letter to DHS with his concerns but had not heard back.

Special Forces commander: 'Constabulary force' coming

Says Obamacare leading U.S. down pathway to socialism

    Published: 5 days ago

The surge of bullet-buying confirmed by the federal government – purchase estimates run into the billions of bullets – even as the U.S. military scrimps to find training ammo is raising lots of questions about the government’s so-far unexplained actions.

But a video that has been around since last year is being forwarded across the Internet as an explanation.

The six minutes recorded by Lt. Gen. William G. “Jerry” Boykin, retired, warns that America is well along the pathway that other societies have used to bludgeon and beat their populations into submission to socialism. Even to the point of establishing a “constabulary force” to control the people.

Maybe those bullets do have a destination.

Boykin now is executive vice president of Family Research Council. But during his military career, he was one of the original members of the U.S. Army’s Delta Force. He ultimately commanded those elite warriors in combat operations. Later, Boykin commanded all the Army’s Green Berets as well as the Special Warfare Center and School.

In all, Lt. Gen. Boykin spent 36 years in the army, serving his last four years as the Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence.

On the video, Boykin explains simply that he knows the standard process for creating a socialist or Marxist state because he studied it as a military officer.

His concern is that the six steps “done in every Marxist insurgency” now “are being done in America today.” He lists them: 1. nationalize major sections of the economy (the corporate bailouts), 2. redistribute wealth (the man appointed to head Medicare said health care is “nothing but a redistribution of wealth”), 3. discredit opposition (Boykin said he’s “never been so angry” as when the Obama administration called returning vets, pro-lifers and others a terror threat), 4. censorship (since old guard media already was in line, Obama’s censorship has been through “hate crimes” legislation aimed at Christian pastors and others), 5. gun control (see Washington’s present agenda), and 6. a constabulary force.

That would be “a force that can control the population,” Boykin warned.

To those who say that isn’t present in the U.S., he responds, “Let me remind you that prior to the election (in 2008) the president stood up and said if elected he would want a national civilian security force as large as and well-funded as the military.”

WND reported on Obama’s demands at the time for a “civilian national security force.”

    What he actually said was:

“We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set,” he said. “We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.”

“Hitler had the brown shirts,” Boykin said.

He said while people may not think it’s happening, such a force already is in the law – of Obamacare.

“There are paragraphs that talk about the commissioning of officers in time of national crisis to work directly for the president,” he said. That’s “laying the groundwork for a constabulary force that will control the population in America.”

    Boykin’s recommendation?

“Look at what’s happening. Get out and do something to help stop something. Use our constitutional tools. Let your congressman know how you feel about this. Be a pain in their neck … .”

WND previously reported on the Obamacare section allowing for the military like force.

According to Section 5210 of HR 3590, titled “Establishing a Ready Reserve Corps,” the force must be ready for “involuntary calls to active duty during national emergencies and public health crises.”

The health-care legislation adds millions of dollars for recruitment and amends Section 203 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 204), passed July 1, 1944, during Franklin D. Roosevelt’s presidency. The U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps is one of the seven uniformed services in the U.S. However, Obama’s changes more than double the wording of the Section 203 and dub individuals who are currently classified as officers in the Reserve Corps commissioned officers of the Regular Corps.

The following is the previous wording of the act as of 2004, before Democrats passed the health-care legislation:

The U.S. Public Health Service website describes its commissioned corps as “an elite team of more than 6,000 full-time, well-trained, highly qualified public health professionals dedicated to delivering the nation’s public health promotion and disease prevention programs and advancing public health science.”

As stated in the health-care legislation, “The purpose of the Ready Reserve Corps is to fulfill the need to have additional Commissioned Corps personnel available on short notice (similar to the uniformed service’s reserve program) to assist regular Commissioned Corps personnel to meet both routine public health and emergency response missions.”

WND also reported in January when a Rand Corporation report proposed the federal government create a rapid deployment “Stabilization Police Force” that would be tasked with “shaping an environment before a conflict” and restoring order in times of war, natural disaster or national emergency.

DHS Explains Plans To Buy 1.6B Rounds Of Ammo: We’re Buying in Bulk to ‘Significantly Lower Costs’
    3 April 2013

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has responded to a letter dated November 13, 2012 from Senator Tom Coburn (R-Okla.) regarding the agency’s ammunition purchases.

Sen. Coburn published the response on the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs website yesterday, April 1, 2013.

The response, dated February 4, 2013, says that DHS buys ammunition in bulk to “significantly lower costs.”

    The letter states:

“DHS routinely establishes strategic sourcing contracts that combine the requirements of all its Components for commonly purchased goods and services such as ammunition, computer equipment and information technology services. These strategic sourcing contracts help leverage the purchasing power of DHS to efficiently procure equipment and supplies at significantly lower costs.”

While it has been previously reported that DHS has solicited the purchase of 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition over the next four to five years, the government agency shows only 263,733,362 rounds in its current inventory.

But, DHS estimates it will spend $37,263,698 on ammunition in FY 2013.

DHS Tells Border Patrol They Have Ammo Shortage

I know, you are probably thinking like I am after reading the title, “You’ve got to be kidding!” I’m not. Even after the Department of Homeland Security indicated that they had nearly 264 million rounds of ammunition back near the end of November 2012, http://freedomoutpost.com/2013/03/ru...mmo-purchases/ they have sent out an email to Border Patrol agents yesterday informing them that they will not be issued any new proficiency ammunition for next quarter.

Townhall obtained an email sent to Border Patrol agents stationed in the El Centro border sector by a supervisor: http://townhall.com/tipsheet/katiepa...rtage-n1558916

    Enforcement Personnel,

Due to budget concerns and ammunition availability, we will not be getting issued any proficiency ammunition for next quarter. In addition to these reductions, we are also being limited to qualification ammo only. What this means to you is that you will not receive the normal 150 rounds for practice and we will not have any extra ammunition for a combat course following normal qualifications.

If you have the ammunition available and would like extra practice during your qualification day, the firearms instructors will have a training course available for Indio Station Personnel, keeping in mind basic marksmanship skills as well as tactical training with a limited amount of ammunition. You are not required to bring your own ammunition.

If you do not have extra ammo to bring, you will be given extra time to clean and maintain your issued handgun as well as station long arms.

If you have any questions about this quarters (sic) quals please feel free to send me your concerns.

According to my previous calculations, not only did DHS inform Tom Coburn that they had an inventory at that time of nearly 264 million round of ammunition (figure that was 73% of the previous three years purchases), but they had also budgeted over $37 million to be spent on ammunition in fiscal year 2013.

The local chapter 2554 of the National Border Patrol Council asks, “We get a 32% pay cut, even though Congress gave CBP enough money to cover salaries, and now we can’t even maintain proficiency with our service weapons to defend ourselves in the field…..Why is there an ammunition shortage? Why can’t Border Patrol agents get enough ammunition to maintain proficiency, especially at a time of increased cross-border smuggling and illegal activity? Where is all this ammunition going?” http://www.nbpc2554.org/

This is serious national security threat as well when your border agents are not properly armed. However, it is a logical extension from an administration who has already admonished them to not fire their weapons, but run, hide and throw things. http://freedomoutpost.com/2012/06/bo...ngs-not-shoot/

Yes, it does make you wonder doesn’t it? Some of us have a pretty good idea too, which is why we are preparing for the worst.

WHOOOHOOO!! DHS is just on fire with great decisions! As they are buying and storing billions of rounds of ammo, listing patriots of this country as terrorists, launching surveillance drones against innocent Americans they have now added citizens of Saudi Arabia to the list of low risk “trusted travelers” no longer requiring U.S. Customs checks
    Read more: http://politicaloutcast.com/2013/03/...#ixzz2OHlXlpRW

America will be comforted to hear that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security “Global Entry Program” will soon be adding the citizens of Saudi Arabia to the list of low risk “trusted travelers” no longer requiring U.S. Customs checks. Apparently, Janet Napolitano has no fear of history repeating itself, since she has now agreed to DHS travel protocol changes— accommodating official Saudi travel requests—designed to “reaffirm our commitment to more effectively secure our two countries against threats while facilitating legitimate trade and travel.” Right.

I would like to invite Secretary Napolitano and her boss, Barrack Hussein Obama, to take a trip with me back in time to September 11, 2001. The day 19 wahhabi financed al-Qaeda operatives—15 of which were Saudi Arabian citizens living in the U.S. on expired visas—hijacked 4 airliners using box cutters, and managed to murder over 3000 people on U.S. soil. Somehow, this piece of U.S. history, the very reason for the creation of the DHS, is once again, conveniently ignored to appease the whims of Islamists who find customs inspections, offensive and inconvenient.

Presently, the DHS “Global Entry Program” serves ”known documented travelers” from the countries of Canada, Mexico, South Korea and the Netherlands only. It has been reported that Israel is still in negotiations with U.S. officials regarding Israeli citizen’s inclusion in the DHS “trusted travelers“ program.

A few weeks back, the TSA announced that it would no longer enforce past policies prohibiting the carrying of pocket knives during air travel. However, if you are planning to fly to or stop over in the land of Mecca and Medina, you may wish to consult the State Department’s website on Saudi Arabian travel and customs policies. It would appear the Saudi’s have an entirely different philosophy on convenient travel and customs law for non-Saudi born travelers.

If you are a non-Saudi born, Saudi Arabia bound traveler, there are many restrictions imposed by the Saudi Arabian government found at http://travel.state.gov//travel/cis_pa_tw/cis_1012.html. However, let me just share a few small travel infractions that can put you face to face with unbending Saudi Islamic ideology.

Saudi Arabia requires the completion of a documented medical examination prior to entry and does not allow anyone diagnosed with HIV or AIDS to enter their country.

As per the U.S. Department of State, “the U.S. Embassy and Consulate General have no standing in Saudi Courts. “ Persons found in violation of Saudi law, “even unknowingly, may be expelled, arrested, imprisoned, or even executed.” In other words, when you hit Saudi sand, you are on your own. All non-Saudi born travelers entering Saudi Arabia must pass rigorous and strict customs inspections, no exceptions. Criticism of the Royal family, or Islam, is treated as a serious crime. The Monarchy does not permit any non- Muslim religious materials or jewelry. These items will be confiscated and destroyed. Pornography—an arbitrary term that could include any issue of Sports illustrated—and alcohol possession are strictly forbidden, and drug trafficking of any kind carries the death sentence

The State Department website—previously mentioned—has also outlined the very strict and untrustworthy Saudi entry/exit visa screening/approval process that all non-Saudi born visitors must endure. Nowhere, is there an exception made for “known documented travelers” as is now the case for Saudi’s entering the United States under the DHS “Global Entry Program.”

Everyday, innocent American citizens—citizens with Constitutional rights—are required by law to wait on U.S. airport lines to be interrogated, felt up, irradiated and generally humiliated by the High School graduates working at the TSA. Combat Veterans in wheel chairs returning to U.S. soil are targeted as potential flight risks, yet the Obama Administration has determined that TSA pat downs and U.S. Customs baggage inspections are now an inconvenience for Saudi citizens wishing to visit America.

It bears mentioning; the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been designated—by the bi-partisan U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom—as a “Country of Particular Concern” for its ongoing and merciless religious freedom violations. Saudi Arabia is the world’s principle financier of Islamic terrorism and an unabashed promoter of anti-western ideology. Saudi Arabia created Al Qaeda. Saudi oil money, laundered through U.S. based Islamic not-for-profit charities, paid for the 911 martyrdom operation that changed our world forever. Tens of thousands of American lives have been lost or torn apart fighting a war against a Saudi financed Islamist ideology, and contrary to the Presidents claims, they are still shooting at us, with bullets paid for, by Saudi oil profits.

President Obama and Janet Napolitano fail to understand that “legitimate” Saudi Arabian “trade” is terrorism. Facilitating its free travel in and out of the United States without adhering to the strictest of TSA and US Customs protocols is a gross dereliction of duty. This is not Benghazi. Saudi Arabia should have been cut off at the knees on September 12, 2001. All Islamic Charities and associated Sharia Compliant Banking operations in the U.S. should have been seized and liquidated. Unfortunately, neither Bush nor Obama have resolved this ongoing threat to our nation.

Why is it that our government and our President view Saudi Arabians as “trusted travelers,“ but none of us can get on a plane for a vacation or to attend a funeral without undergoing interrogation and removing our belts and shoes?

It’s business as usual in the post-9/11 world. Your federal government is back to pandering to wealthy travelers from Saudi Arabia. In the eyes of our massive homeland security apparatus, the comfort of Saudis is a higher priority than the safety of American citizens.

And thanks to reckless, feckless bureaucrats who fear being labeled “racists,” “xenophobes” and “Islamophobes,” political correctness remains the handmaiden of terror.

According to a new report released this week by the Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT), President Obama’s Department of Homeland Security plans to bestow “trusted traveler” status to travelers from Saudi Arabia. Yes, the home of 15 of the 19 9/11 hijackers will soon enjoy the exclusive privilege of new entry shortcuts into the U.S.

Fox News points out: “Only an exclusive handful of countries enjoy inclusion in the Global Entry program: Canada, Mexico, South Korea and the Netherlands. According to the IPT, some officials are questioning why Saudi Arabia gets to reap the benefits of the program, when key U.S. allies like Germany and France are not enrolled.” http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2013...i-scrutinized/

Saudi suck-up Janet Napolitano, head of the Department of Homeland Security, hailed “the bond between the United States and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia” and pledged to work with the government to facilitate “legitimate trade and travel.”

This foolish move is astonishing but not unprecedented. As I noted in the immediate aftermath of the 9/11 attacks, the Bush administration had created its own fast-pass system for Saudi elites called “Visa Express.” Thanks to this GOP idiocy, three of the 9/11 hijackers skipped the usual consular interview process and bypassed long lines in the hot Saudi sun. http://www.jewishworldreview.com/mic...lkin110701.asp

Throughout the jihadist-coddling Saudi kingdom, applicants could simply file their visa paperwork through travel agencies and courier companies for a small fee — without having to appear in person or submit to extensive background checks. The U.S. embassy in Riyadh bragged before 9/11: “Applicants will no longer have to take time off from work, no longer have to wait in long lines under the hot sun and in crowded waiting rooms, and no longer be limited by any time constraints.”

Investigative reporter Joel Mowbray obtained the shocking, shoddy applications filed by the hijackers — whose omissions about where, when and what they planned to do when they arrived in the U.S. should have raised blood-red flags. But after the Saudi-dominated 9/11 jihad crew murdered nearly 3,000 innocent men, women and children on our soil, Bush administration officials bent over backward to assure touchy Saudis that no changes would be made “in determining visa eligibility as a result of the (9/11) attacks.” Visa Express was expanded. http://old.nationalreview.com/mowbray/mowbray100902.asp

Moreover, State Department employees were banned from communicating with foreign governments about their citizens’ visa applications, making it virtually impossible to verify vital information. The Bush State Department official in charge of implementing the “Visa Express” program that helped enable 9/11 hijackers and their colleagues was not punished. Instead, she received “cash prizes for ‘outstanding performance in the 12 months from April 16, 2001, to April 15, 2002‘ — a period during which at least five of the 9/11 terrorists received visas that should have been denied according to the law,” as Mowbray noted, “and during which September 11 happened.” http://michellemalkin.com/2005/09/27...-up-move-up-2/

Since that time, consular screening has remained an abject joke. There is still no operational tracking system to detect and deport hundreds of thousands of visa overstayers, including untold numbers of illegal aliens from jihad-friendly Middle Eastern countries. Law enforcement training for consular officials is scant. And Rep. Frank Wolf, R-Va., stated the obvious about Obama’s Fast Pass 2.0: “I think you have radical Wahhabism in certain elements in Saudi Arabia, and I think to be more lenient there than in other places would be a mistake.” http://michellemalkin.com/2012/07/20...llegal-aliens/

Twelve years after a Saudi-dominated cabal of young male Muslims committed mass murder in the skies and brought down the Twin Towers, your government refuses to do the unapologetic national security profiling necessary to prevent another domestic attack by foreign jihadis. Instead, they’re searching your grandma’s knitting bag, your Marine’s prosthetic limbs and your toddler’s bags packed for Disneyland — while waving Saudi “trusted travelers” through the fast lane. Deadly deja vu.

Related: I came under fire yesterday from a writer at The Atlantic for sending a consistent message about our dangerously lax enforcement of visa rules, consular screening, and tracking of Middle Eastern tourists. The writer, who used to solicit links from me to his articles about immigration enforcement as far back as 2006, now brands me a “xenophobe” based on a piece I wrote in 2002. See the takedown of the punk here. http://twitchy.com/2013/03/21/brutal...in-a-xenophobe

OBAMA SLASHED FUNDING FOR DOMESTIC BOMBING PREVENTION BY 45%

Barack Obama’s administration has cut the budget nearly in hal...f for preventing domestic bombings, MailOnline can reveal.

Under President George W. Bush, the Department of Homeland Security had $20 million allocated for preventing the use of improvised explosive devices (IEDs) by terrorists working inside the United States. The current White House has cut that funding down to $11 million.

That assessment comes from Robert Liscouski, a former Homeland Security Assistant Secretary for Infrastructure Protection, in the wake of the Boston Marathon bombings on April 15 that killed three Americans and injured at least 173 others.

He told MailOnline that the Obama-era DHS is, on the whole, about as well-positioned as it was during the Bush administration to handle the aftermath of the April 15 bombings in Boston, ‘but the Obama administration has continued to cut the budget for offices such as the Office for Bombing Prevention from $20 million started under Bush, to $11 million today.’
