WASHINGTON (RNN) - After more than two years of the so-called "birthers" demanding to see President Barack Obama's original birth certificate, the White House finally complied Wednesday, with the president all but calling the debate frivolous.

"We do not have time for this kind of silliness," Obama said, addressing the nation from the White House briefing room. "We've got better stuff to do. I've got better stuff to do."

The issue dogged Obama during the 2008 presidential campaign, with momentum reaching a fevered pitch after entrepreneur and celebrity Donald Trump gave several recent interviews calling Obama's nation of birth into question.

Obama appeared bemused and annoyed in his remarks Wednesday.

"I have to say that over the last two and a half years, I have watched with amusement," the president said. "I've been puzzled at the degree to which this thing just kept on going."

The birth certificate has been made available on the White House website. It lists Obama's place of birth as Honolulu, on the island of Oahu. His birth parents are listed as Barack Hussein Obama and Stanley Ann Dunham.

Obama said every official in Hawaii who has viewed his birth certificate - both Democrat and Republican - has upheld its validity. News investigations into the issue have done the same, he said.

The president also expressed his frustration that the issue continues to dominate the news in the wake of ongoing political and economic crisises. The issue, he noted, received more attention than the last week's budget battle. "Now, let me just comment first of all that I can't get the networks to break in on all kinds of other discussions," the president said as his began his remarks.

Obama expressed confidence that the nation will be able to overcome its current challenges, provided it is not distracted by "carnival barkers."

"I'm confident that the American people and America's political leaders can come together in a bipartisan way and solve these problems," the president said. "We always have. But we're not going to be able do it if we are distracted."

Trump took credit for the release of the birth certificate in a news conference, which was staged in New Hampshire and took place just prior to Obama's remarks. "I am really honored to have played a big role in hopefully - hopefully - getting rid of this issue," Trump said, later adding that he is eager to inspect the document and hopes the nation will soon be able to move on.

Trump refused to say whether he plans to run against Obama in the 2012 presidential election. He has said in past interviews that an announcement will be made after the conclusion of his hit reality show, The Apprentice, in three weeks.

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Responding to critics' relentless claims, President Barack Obama on Wednesday produced a detailed Hawaii birth certificate in an extraordinary attempt to bury the issue of where he was born and confirm his legitimacy to hold office. He declared, "We do not have time for this kind of silliness."

By going on national TV from the White House, Obama portrayed himself as a voice of reason amid a loud, lingering debate on his birth status. Though his personal attention to the issue elevated it as never before, Obama said to Republican detractors and the media, it is time to move on to bigger issues.

Citing huge budget decisions in Washington, Obama said, "I am confident that the American people and America's political leaders can come together in a bipartisan way and solve these problems. We always have. But we're not going to be able to do it if we are distracted."

Obama spoke shortly after the White House released a copy of the long form of his birth certificate, which contains more extensive data than a version released earlier.

The certificate says Obama was born to an American mother and Kenyan father, in Hawaii, which makes him eligible to hold the office of president. Obama released a standard short form before he was elected in 2008 but requested copies of his original birth certificate from Hawaii officials this week in hopes of quieting the lingering controversy.

White House officials have said the issue was settled long ago. But so-called "birthers" opposed to Obama have kept it alive. Potential Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump recently began questioning why Obama hadn't ensured the long form was released.

From New Hampshire, Trump took credit for getting Obama to act. "He should have done it a long time ago. I am really honored to play such a big role in hopefully, hopefully getting rid of this issue," Trump said.

Polls show large numbers of Republicans have continued to doubt Obama is a natural born citizen eligible to be president. Trump, the bombastic real estate mogul, has seized on the issue as he weighs a GOP candidacy.

While Obama and White House officials avoided mentioning Trump by name, officials said they released the birth certificate partially because the issue had moved beyond fringe discussion, and Obama criticized a media culture that had not let the story go. "This issue has been going on for two, two and a half years now. I think it started during the campaign," Obama said. "I have watched with bemusement, I've been puzzled at the degree at which this thing just kept on going."

"We're not going to be able to solve our problems if we get distracted by sideshows and carnival barkers," the president said.

He did not take any questions and did not say why the document had not been released earlier.

Many Republican leaders have sought to distance themselves from the "birther" theory as a discredited notion not worthy of national public debate.

In a statement after Obama spoke, Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus called the issue a distraction - and yet blamed Obama for playing campaign politics by addressing it. "The president ought to spend his time getting serious about repairing our economy," Priebus said. "Unfortunately his campaign politics and talk about birth certificates is distracting him from our number one priority - our economy."

The newly released certificate is signed by the delivery doctor, Obama's mother and the local registrar. His mother, then 18, signed her name (Stanley) Ann Dunham Obama.

The form says Barack Hussein Obama II was born at 7:24 p.m. on Aug. 4, 1961, at Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital, within the city limits of Honolulu.

There's no mention of religion. It says his father, Barack Hussein Obama, age 25, was African and born in Kenya and his mother was Caucasian and born in Wichita, Kan. Obama's mother and the doctor signed the certificate on Aug. 7 and 8.

Hawaii's registrar certified the new photocopy of the document provided to the White House on April 25, 2011.

The White House also released a letter from the president on April 22 requesting two certified copies of his original certificate of live birth. Also released was a letter from Loretta Fuddy, Hawaii's director of health, approving the request.

The president's personal counsel, Judith Corley, traveled to Hawaii to pick up the documents and carried them back to Washington on a plane. The documents arrived at the White House around 5 p.m. Tuesday.

A short term political mistake - the birther fringe was dragging down the entire GOP and would continue until 2012. Still, they are not satisfied (he is still black you see) - case in point from the Fox comments this morning: "This document is a fraud The white shadows around the letters are the give away. The document should look like a photocopy. The letters should look like they are part of the paper. How do I know? I do document imaging and storage for a living. The digital copy of the document is PDF. Usaually older docuemnts are scanned to TIF and put in PDF using a PDF wrapper. TIFs are basically scanned images.Trust me. This fraud is going to bring him down. Somebody is going to expose this for what it is. It is not real."

This birth certificate is a recreation for sure. First, it's dated 4/25/11. Second, I was born in Oahu, Hawaii in 1965 and my birth certificate doesn't look anything like that.

A few hardcore conspiracy theorists will probably now claim that the newly released document is a forgery. Most “birthers,” however, will likely accept the document for what it is — the genuine article. But, my guess is that instead of admitting they were wrong all along, many birthers will merely shift the attack to question the president’s motives in not requesting a waiver of Health Department policy sooner. My question to them is: Why should he have? Candidate Obama complied with the legal requirements in the first place. Maybe he considered it demeaning (as it was meant to be) to have to go beyond the law to prove that he was American. Maybe he figured opponents would ask next to see documentary evidence that he wasn’t a Muslim. Or maybe, he is simply stubborn. I don’t know. What matters is that the President of the United States had to ask for a waiver of Hawaiian law to prove he is who he is to people who couldn’t accept the facts, without extraordinary measures. I’m glad this issue may be laid to rest. But it’s a sad day for this country when the office of the president has to give in to ludicrous demands to prove he is, despite his race, an American.

I think this subject probably is a waste of time. Even if President Obama was not actually born in the USA do you really think the government is going to kick him out of office now? There would probably be riots in every mayor city if that actually happened. Of course this is just my opinion, but if you do not like President Obama's politics, then just start organizing now to get him voted out of office in the next election.

What other president in this or any century has had to show their birth certificate several times? So what if it's the short or the long form!!! And shame on you too, Mr. Trumpet, for jumping on this bandwagon of ignorance and prejudice! Donald Trump's new Obama conspiracy theory

NEW YORK – Not content with questioning the president’s birthplace, Donald Trump is now wondering how a “terrible student” got into the Ivy League. Michelle Goldberg traces the far-right history of the claim—which reassures resentful whites that this seemingly brilliant black man isn’t so smart after all.

The birther bit must have been getting old. Now Donald Trump has opened up a new line of attack on President Obama, accusing him of being a “terrible student” who shouldn’t have gotten into Columbia University or Harvard Law School. “How does a bad student go to Columbia and then to Harvard?” he asked the Associated Press. “I’m thinking about it, I’m certainly looking into it. Let him show his records.” He continued darkly, “There are a lot of questions that are unanswered about our president.”

Like everything Trump says about Obama lately, his comments got lots of media play. Less attention has been paid to where they came from. Conspiracy theories about Obama’s education have been floating around the far right since his presidential campaign, with some of the same people who’ve doubted the president’s birth certificate now demanding to see his college transcripts. Once again, Trump has found a way to raid the fever swamps for talking points.

Claims about Obama’s educational history date back to September 2008, when The Wall Street Journal attacked him for not releasing his school records, writing in an editorial, “Some think his transcript, if released, would reveal Mr. Obama as a mediocre student who benefited from racial preference.” Since then, Orly Taitz, queen of the birthers, has developed elaborate theories about Obama’s college years. As Taitz argues, Obama himself acknowledged that he was directionless when he started college. How, then, did he get himself accepted into the Ivy League?

Her speculation: He went as a foreign exchange student. “Sometimes students with poor grades from other countries who have citizenship in other countries can get into top universities,” she told The Daily Beast. “That might be one of the reasons why his records are not unsealed. If his records show he got into Columbia University as a foreign exchange student, then we have a serious issue with his citizenship.”

Taitz said she also believes that Obama only attended Columbia for nine months rather than two years. As proof, she offered a document from the National Student Clearinghouse database, which verifies college degrees. The record, which confirms Obama’s graduation, lists his dates of attendance as September 1982 to May 1983. Kathleen Dugan, a marketing manager at the National Student Clearinghouse, said Taitz’s document is incorrect, the result of the way she conducted her search.


Obama, in this view, is both sinister and stupid, canny enough to perpetrate one of the biggest frauds in American history but still the ultimate affirmative action baby. “There were duplicate requests to our site from requestor Orly Taitz which, because of the way the queries were input, yielded both correct and incorrect information on past attendance dates for President Barack Obama,” said Dugan.

Taitz, naturally, said she believes there's something more ominous at work. She noted that Obama has talked about visiting a friend in Pakistan between his sophomore and junior years of college. "The only reasonable conclusion is that he was there not a month or two, but a year and a half,"

And how did this half-educated mediocrity get into Harvard Law School, and then become editor of the Harvard Law Review? Why, Saudi Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal, of course! According to right-wing lore, a militant Black Muslim named Khalid Al-Mansour introduced his protégé to the prince, who presumably saw a chance to advance his Muslim world-domination agenda by grooming the young man for politics. The prince thus pulled strings on Obama’s behalf and even paid his way.

Taitz has forwarded all her information about Obama’s college years to Trump and said she is gratified to hear him raising the issue. “He might have also gotten it from other sources, too, but he definitely got it from me,” she said. Perhaps he’s also been reading the ultra-right-wing website WorldNetDaily, which ran a 2009 piece asking, “Did radical Muslims help send Obama to Harvard?”

It’s easy enough to see why this particular narrative has endured. Not only does it position the president as a Muslim Manchurian candidate with longtime ties to agents of the caliphate, but it also assures resentful whites that this seemingly brilliant black man isn’t so smart after all. In that sense, it’s of a piece with the right-wing obsession with Obama’s use of a teleprompter, and with the widespread suspicion that he didn’t really write the eloquent Dreams From My Father, a claim Trump recently made at a Tea Party rally. Obama, in this view, is both sinister and stupid, canny enough to perpetrate one of the biggest frauds in American history but still the ultimate affirmative-action baby.

Trump is clearly not as intelligent as Obama, but he’s not an idiot, either. When he blows this particular dog whistle, he knows exactly what the Republican base is hearing.

Analysis: Obama had no choice in 'birther' fight

WASHINGTON – Confronting doubters who harbor questions about his place of birth, President Barack Obama chose to defy one of his White House's own rules: Don't get dragged into the news skirmish of the day. This time, he decided he had to. In an extraordinary step, the White House produced a copy of his detailed Hawaii birth certificate Wednesday after obtaining a special waiver from the state to make it public.

For his allies and even many of his political critics, it was about time.

The debate over his birth was becoming a media preoccupation. Celebrity developer Donald Trump, who took the lead in sowing doubts about Obama's birth, was gaining a following as he flirted with a Republican presidential bid. A recent poll showed two-thirds of all Republicans — and smaller percentages of independents and Democrats — believing Obama was born overseas or voicing uncertainty about his place of birth.

Standing in front of cameras in the White House briefing room Wednesday, the president sought to rise above the fray by first succumbing to it. "We're not going to be able to solve our problems if we get distracted by sideshow and carnival barkers," Obama said.

But the issue was not just a distraction. The rising public doubts about his birth, with their hints of xenophobic and even racist attitudes, threatened to feed broader suspicions and grievances among millions of Americans. Unchallenged, those sentiments would linger through his re-election campaign. "A huge segment of the Republican Party, whether or not they concede it or even know it, looks foolish and conspiratorial," said Jim Jordan, a longtime Democratic operative and veteran of numerous political campaigns. "But also it's likely that this was becoming a genuine distraction, that the question itself was seeping beyond the right fringe of the Republican Party and it was just time to demystify the whole thing."

Many Republicans also breathed a quiet sigh of relief at the sight of Obama's new documentation. Among many party activists, questioning Obama's birthplace — and thus his constitutional legitimacy as president — was a test of party allegiance.

Republican presidential hopefuls were forced into uncomfortable corners where they had to distance themselves from the birthers' claims without alienating potential voters. "There's a lot of evidence out there that it was a distraction for a number of Republicans," said GOP pollster Wes Anderson. "It became a purity test for some voters. For others it was a test of whether you were serious about other issues. There are just as many Republicans as Democrats who would be glad to get to fighting about other things."

Todd Harris, a Republican consultant who has worked on a number of GOP presidential campaigns, said some Republicans fanned the birthplace cause to get an easy headline and open up the wallets of some activists. "It may have a short-term payoff for a handful of Republicans," he said. "But for the party as a whole, it is a terrible long-term issue to build a campaign around."

Recognizing the potential backlash, Republican House Speaker John Boehner on Wednesday promptly put some distance between the GOP establishment and the conspiracy theorists. "This has long been a settled issue," Boehner spokesman Brendan Buck said. "The speaker's focus is on cutting spending, lowering gas prices and creating American jobs."

There was no guarantee that the topic of Obama's birth would simply go away. The Internet on Wednesday was already beginning to hum with questions about the authenticity of the newly produced document. But what had given the issue its drive was the success critics such as Trump achieved by simply questioning why Obama had not released the long-form version of his birth document. "Essentially the discussion transcended from the nether regions of the Internet into mainstream political debate in this country," Dan Pfeiffer, the White House communications director, said.

The White House choreographed the release of the birth certificate. Aides said Obama decided last week that he had had enough of the issue and asked his White House counsel, Bob Bauer, to look into getting a waiver from the state of Hawaii to release the document.

The copy of the documents arrived at the White House around 5 p.m. Tuesday. Aides released the copy Wednesday morning. Bauer, Pfeiffer and press secretary Jay Carney briefed reporters. Only then did Obama take the podium. "Now, normally I would not comment on something like this," he said.

He did not brandish his birth certificate. He did not offer a point-by-point rebuttal. He conceded that for some, the issue would not go away. "But I'm speaking to the vast majority of the American people, as well as to the press," he said. "We do not have time for this kind of silliness. We've got better stuff to do."

Todays media is nothing but tabloid journalism at best. We`re better off reading the tabloids at the checkout line in the grocery store, at least they are pro`s at what they do, can be mildly entertaining and hardly pretend to be serious.

As the headline says, the President didn't have a choice because the media refused to do their job. Yes, the media allowed this to become a news story when there was no news. The media, the fourth estate, is no longer doing their job to report news, instead they deal with gossip. Instead of reporting on the issues, they are more interested fawning over a few crackpots who are only interested in being a distraction. The media needs to stop patting themselves on the back for accomplishing the goals of a few and begin doing their job of reporting on the issues objectively. Their role is to inform, not just entertain.

I hope that one day soon, if it is not too inconvenient for them, Congress will decide to actually trim the budget of bigger expenses that are wasteful and concentrate on jobs and constructive measures for us "little people". While they are at budget chopping, they can do away with their taxpayer-paid health care and retirement packages that are ill deserved.

House GOP leaders knock Obama for releasing birth certificate

Republican leaders distanced themselves from the White House’s release of President Obama’s birth certificate Wednesday, calling it a “sideshow” and a “distraction” and knocked the administration for releasing it. “I have criticized members of my own party for making this some kind of issue so I’m really surprised that the White House is actually doing the same,” said House Majority Leader Eric Cantor in a morning interview on Fox News shortly after the White House unveiled the document. “We’ve got a lot of things swirling right now. You’ve got gas prices over four dollars a gallon. You’ve got over $14 trillion in debt in this country we’re trying to deal with. You’ve got unemployment that’s still stuck up around nine percent. How in the world is this the issue we ought to be reporting on?”

Republicans prepared an agenda for the upcoming congressional session that begins Monday that includes hearings and floor votes focused on rising gas prices — an issue they think they can win on — and Wednesday’s document unveiling could throw a wrench in the GOP wheel.

The conspiracy theories swirling around the origin of Obama’s birth reached a fever pitch this month, after a campaign led by millionaire entrepreneur Donald Trump led to talk shows and news outlets discussing the issue, which has been settled for years.

The document may be driving the news cycle today, but for Republican leaders, the “birther” issue seems to be the last thing they want to talk about. “This has long been a settled issue,” said Michael Steel, a spokesman for House Speaker John Boehner. “The Speaker’s focus is on cutting spending, lowering gas prices, and creating American jobs.”

Tea Partiers and conservative activists, in addition to birther champion and potential 2012 GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump, have asked for more information about the president’s past.

For instance, Accuracy in Media chairman Don Irvine told The Daily Caller he hopes this leads Obama down a new road of transparency, as he promised during his 2008 campaign. “Accuracy in Media hopes to see the release of President Obama’s long form birth certificate as the initiation of continued transparency,” Irvine said in an e-mail. “Questions still linger with respect to his academic records and even the most basic biographical data. I challenge the President to set an example for future leaders regarding personal disclosure issues.”

Tea Party Express spokesman Levi Russell told TheDC that his group is “glad that Obama finally followed through on his campaign promise of transparency, but are left wondering why it took 2 years and relentless effort by Trump to force him to do so,” before adding that, “we hope this means the President is now ready to release the many other records about his past that he has gone to great lengths to conceal from the American public.”

The Trump-for-president campaigners have been obsessed with whether President Obama was actually born in the United States. The really intriguing question, however, is not “Where was he born?” but “Who is he?”

During the 2008 campaign, Mr. Obama sent shivers down the spines of many Americans with electrifying oratory that swept him into the White House on a tsunami of public anticipation and excitement.

By many accounts, he has since proved to be a president of aloofness and withdrawal on issues both at home and abroad – an approach that defies attempts to define his vision and leaves us so far with a fuzzy picture of his leadership.

Is he an overcautious politician, practicing a sphinxlike reticence to avoid damaging his aura? Or is he simply incapable of the resolute decisionmaking that a President Ronald Reagan or even a President Bill Clinton would have brought to these turbulent times?

Wavering on Egypt, Libya On the international scene, Obama backed and filled on whether to push Egypt’s Hosni Mubarak off his throne. On the issue of Libya, he procrastinated on taking action while Muammar Qaddafi waged a brutal campaign against pro-democracy insurgents. He shunned the lead role the US should have taken in humanitarian intervention in Libya. Only after significant pressure from the international community did Obama sign on to a French and British-led United Nations resolution to protect the Libyan rebels, with limited American participation, soon largely suspended.

In a well-analyzed speech, the president offered a puzzling definition of his foreign-policy doctrine, which seemed to say that the US might or might not intervene in instances of aggression, but only with multilateral support and not for very long, depending on how tough the circumstances were.

At home : on the sidelines, few specificsOn the home front, Obama has given lip service to addressing America’s mind-boggling debt, but has offered few specifics. He has seemed disengaged from the budget-cutting recommendations of his own appointed deficit commission.

Recently, he essentially sat on the sidelines until the Republicans unveiled House Budget Committee Chairman Republican Paul Ryan’s bold deficit-reduction plan. Then he savaged it in a speech offering broad-brush views of his own thinking on the issue. That in turn spurred a partisan response from Mr. Ryan. This is not a hopeful omen for Republican-Democratic cooperation on an issue of monumental national importance.

In his deficit-reduction proposal, Obama offered the prospect of lower tax rates for some, but higher taxes for the wealthy. This would be a popular platform on which to run in the 2012 presidential election. By contrast, Ryan’s plan involves a political poison pill in proposing substantial changes to the Medicare problem, changes that might be disadvantageous to many older Americans.

Obama is ducking real reforms If the US is ever to substantially reduce its mounting national budget deficit, the current costs of Medicare and Social Security, which make up a huge proportion of the budget, must be curbed. Beyond brief talking points, Obama is ducking the politically charged issue of entitlement reform while lambasting the Republicans for “asking for sacrifice from those who can least afford it.” This may be smart politics in 2012, but it is not the kind of White House leadership required to solve the entitlement problem.

The only way tough changes in Medicare and Social Security can be made is with genuine bipartisan accord in Congress. Both Republicans and Democrats will need to share the political flak, not only from the voters, but from within their own parties – the tea party caucus in Republican ranks and the liberal left among Democrats. Unfortunately, prospects for such cooperation providing political cover currently look gloomy.

Obama has assigned Vice President Biden to be his point man in the looming battle in Congress over deficit reduction plans. Mr. Biden is a man of irrepressible energy and volubility, but he will have his work cut out for him. He can only move a deal so far forward. In the end, the president will have to demonstrate an involvement and leadership that has so far been elusive.

Okay, so the Obama camp must think the birth certificate issue helps them. I’m not sure why, after the deplorable way in which Obama handled the whole deal.

After purposefully blocking examination of the document for two and a half years, Obama expects unanimous praise for finally producing it? Really?

Well guess what. More than a few of us think there’s something profoundly weird about the way Obama handled the issue right from the beginning, when he posted a copy of his COLB on The Daily Kos, for cripes sake.

One wonders what reporters such as Tapper would have thought if a notable Republican had done this. Wouldn’t they have found it uncommon strange that the Republican candidate was retaining lawyers and amassing affidavits rather than producing what turned out to be an easily producible document? Would they have aimed their poison pens at the people asking the questions rather than the candidate who was shiftily taking steps to avoid producing something so readily available?

… let’s not ignore that Obama did move heaven and earth. This is not just a matter of him thumbing his nose at a fringe collection of nutty “birthers.” There have been several court cases. It is flat out bizarre that one should have to be sued to compel conformance with a routine that millions of Americans comply with every day. Many of these court cases, if not all, could have been short-circuited (indeed, many of the later ones would not have been filed at all) if Obama had just produced the birth certificate. Instead, he not only refused to produce it; he and his campaign paid thousands of dollars in legal fees (in some places it is reported to be well over a million dollars) to fight the lawsuits — and Obama’s lawyers even threatened to seek disciplinary sanctions against lawyers for daring to file the lawsuits. Since Obama has been president, moreover, not just the time of courts and private lawyers has been tied up; government lawyers have had to spend their time — on the public’s dime — on this nonsense.

But we’re supposed to forget all that. “Born in the USA!” “Fight the smears!”

McCarthy writes that the only thing about the whole stinking matter that’s clear is that Obama knows that the MSM is in his hip pocket.

That is, he knew that he would not be held to the same standard as other politicians, and that if he acted in an unreasonable manner by withholding basic, easily available information that any other person seeking the presidency would be expected — be compelled — to produce, the media would portray as weirdos those demanding the information, not Obama and his stonewalling accomplices. And he also knows that, having now finally produced the document only because the game was starting to hurt him politically, the media will not focus on how easy it would have been to produce the birth certificate three years ago, or on how much time and money has been wasted by his gamesmanship; they’ll instead portray him as beleaguered and the people who have been seeking the basic information (i.e., doing the media’s job) as discredited whackos.

…Which brings us back to Tapper:

“Remember ‘fight the smears’ from the 2008 campaign?” asked campaign spokesman Ben LaBolt. “This is the mobile version of it.”

“Fight the Smears” was an Obama campaign website from 2008 that attempted to refute untruths about the campaign, such as the claim that then-Sen. Obama was a Muslim.

Yes, I remember the farcical “Fight the Smears” website. The one that insisted that Obama barely knew Bill Ayers when we know otherwise, and had little to do with ACORN, when we know otherwise.

Multiple Obama Birth Certificates Surface In Alabama Eligibility Case

Not that we are surprised, but now there are multiple copies of Barack Hussein Obama’s “real” birth certificate that are surfacing and they are clearly indicating fraud. In a rare move, the Alabama Democrat Party has submitted an amicus brief in the McInnish Goode v Chapman Appeal case. The reason being is most likely because the Alabama Supreme Court has Chief Justice Roy Moore presiding over it. The Alabama Democrat Party just submitted a completely different birth certificate than the one that was posted at the White House website in 2011.

Larry Klayman, the plaintiff’s counsel submitted the forgery of Barack Hussein Obama’s birth certificate that was posted to whitehouse.gov on 4-27-2001 (seen below). Fogbow/Jack Ryan obot group produced another bogus one. Still a third birth certificate has been submitted by Alabama Democrats to the Supreme Court.




Remember, this court is being presided over by Chief Justice Roy Moore, who supported Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, when he believed Obama to be a usurper and denied following orders to deploy to Iraq until Obama proved his eligibility as part of keeping his oath (ironically Lakin was not supported by Mr. Oathkeeper Stewart Rhodes). Another justice on the court by the name of Tom Parker will also hear the case. He has stated in a previous case:

“McInnish has attached certain documentation to his mandamus petition, which, if presented to the appropriate forum as part of a proper evidentiary presentation, would raise serious questions about the authenticity of both the “short form” and the “long form” birth certificates of President Barack Hussein Obama that have been made public.”

While the Alabama Democrats attacked the merits of the appeal, calling the evidence by McInnish “inadmissible and not worthy of belief,” they also stated “A county sheriff from Arizona is not an ‘official source’ of anything in Alabama.”

All of this could be resolved very easily and cheaply if Obama would request the Hawaii State Health Dept. release an official copy of his birth certificate.

That is the problem because the Governor of the State of Hawaii said he would prove Obama was born in Hawaii and then suddenly went silent of the issue.

Back in 2007 when Obama was campaigning for President, an official of the elections board in the State of Hawaii searched for a birth certificate but only found a certification of birth. This could be obtained with a live birth having been in Hawaii and it was reported that the mother had this done when she returned from Kenya where he was actually born and posted a news release in the paper of his birth. The official did not find a certificate of live birth in Hawaii and found no record in a national search. There is also "no record" of a Social Security Number for a Barrack Obama and to top it off, the Selective Service registration for Obama is a forgery, just like the birth certificate of live birth.

Even the certification of birth contains information that was not possible as it stated the father as "African" when blacks were officially called with colored or Negro internationally.

So, the only thing they should have to prove is the documents are forgeries.

Obama has admitted on two occasions that he was born in Kenya, not Hawaii and they should be using this as well.

The [British] National Archives (BNA) is an executive agency of the government of the United Kingdom. Based in Kew in southwest London, the BNA is the UK government’s official archive, containing 1,000 years of history from Domesday Book to the present, with records from parchment and paper scrolls to digital files and archived websites, including Foreign Office and Colonial Office correspondence and files. The collections held by the BNA can be searched using their online catalogue. Entrance to the Archives is free.

On April 18, 2012, the BNA released the first batch of thousands of “lost” colonial-era files believed to have been destroyed, including files on Britain’s former colony of Kenya. Reporters at the UK’s The Guardian were among the first who looked at some of the newly released colonial files. They found that the name of Barack Obama (henceforth, Obama Sr.), the father of the POS in the White House, is on the top of a list of names revealed in a hitherto secret British colonial file of Kenyans studying in the United States.

But it’s not just UK journalists who can access the British National Archives; anyone can. In May 2012, someone conducted a search of the Archives using the search term “Obama” and found that an unnamed son of Obama Sr. was born in Kenya in 1961. Since the POS in the White House is the only known son of Obama Sr. born after 1960 and before 1963 when Kenya became officially independent from the UK, it is reasonable for us to conclude that the POS is that unnamed son of Obama Sr. born in Kenya in 1961. And in fact, the claimed birth date of the POS is August 4, 1961.

Evidence discovered shows British Protectorate of East Africa recorded Obama’s birth records before 1963 and sent returns of those events to Britain’s Public Records Office and the Kew branch of British National Archives. [...]

It now appears the worst fears of the U.S. Constitution’s framers were well founded as investigators working on behalf of the ongoing investigation into the Constitutional eligibility of Barack Obama have found yet another lead in a growing mountain of evidence within the public records section of the British National Archives indicating the occurrence of at least four vital events registered to the name of Barack Obama, taking place in the British Protectorate of East Africa (Kenya) between 1953 and 1963, including the birth of two sons before 1963.

Recall, investigative journalists working for Breitbart.com have already discovered biographical information published by Barack Obama’s literary agent in which he claimed he was born in Kenya. Prior to Obama’s ensconcement to the White House, many international stories also stated that Obama was Kenyan-born as did members of Kenya’s legislative assembly. Since then information on Obama’s ties has been curtailed by government officials as the Obama administration has coincidentally paid nearly $4 billion dollars for capital projects in Kenya.

Also, the presence of Obama’s mother, Ann Dunham, cannot be accounted for from February, 1961, the alleged month of her marriage to Obama, until three weeks after the birth of Obama II in August, 1961 when she allegedly applied for college courses at the University of Washington. Theories about her whereabouts have included that she participated in the Air Lift America project as an exchange student and traveled to Nairobi as one of many recent high school graduates (see AASF Report 1959-1961).

The record of birth of a second son prior to Kenyan independence is significant because biographical information about Obama’s family indicates Obama Sr. fathered only one other son prior to Obama II’s birth.

The books containing hand written line records of vital events attributed to Obama [Sr.] are contained in Series RG36 of the Family Records section in the Kew branch of the BNA. The hand written line records first discovered in 2009, indicate several events were registered to the name Barack Obama (appears to be handwritten and spelled “Burack” and “Biraq”) beginning in 1953 and include two births recorded in 1958 and 1960, a marriage license registration in 1954 and a birth in 1961. Barack Obama [Sr.] is said to have died in 1982 and had married at least once more in Kenya and had at least one more child in 1968, but no record of these were found in the BNA because, according to the Archives’ desk reference, the events occurred after Kenya achieved independence from British colonial rule in 1963.

To date, Barack Obama II is the only known alleged son of Obama Sr. born after 1960 and before the independence of Kenya became official in 1963.

A request for information from the BNA on the specification of birth information contained in the series of thousands of logs indicates that only vital events registered in Kenya’s Ministry of Health offices were recorded in the registration returns and were placed in the National Archives care before they reached 30 years old (the law was amended to 20 years after creation in 2010).

The line records do not specify the identity or names of the children, only gender. However, the line records are associated with index numbers of actual microfilm copies of certificates, licenses and registration applications filed in the archives. According to researchers, Obama [Sr.]’s line records were discovered in Series RG36, reference books. Not surprisingly, when researchers specifically requested access to the relevant microfilm for the Obama [Sr.] birth registrations, they were told that the records were currently held under an outdated “privileged access” status, meaning researchers were denied access under Chapter 52, Sections 3 and 5 of the British Public Records Act of 1958.

However, evidence shows these records were available for public access before August of 2009, the approximate date of arrival of Hillary Clinton in Great Britain during her trip to Africa that year.

Several sources show that Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton made a sudden visit to the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the British agency which oversees Public Records Archives from colonial protectorates, to speak with the Chief Executive of the Archives in early August of 2009. African news agency expressed surprise at Clinton’s arrival since she did not announce her intentions of stopping in Great Britain before embarking on her two week trip to Africa.

For someone who wanted to remain in America, it’s difficult to imagine any reason why Barack Obama’s alleged father, Barack the elder, would omit the birth of an “anchor baby” son on an application to extend his visa, just days after the birth occurred, unless…

The American people were told by Barack Obama, unequivocally, that his father was a former goat herder from Kenya. However, INS documents filed in the very same month after Obama’s birth suggest the goat herding elder Obama didn’t “get the memo” that he was a daddy.

On August 31st, 1961, just weeks after Obama’s birth was allegedly registered in a regional office of the Hawaiian Health Department, Obama the elder neglected to name his newborn son on an application for extension of his temporary visa to stay in the U.S.

Obama’s omission of the birth is astonishing and illogical given the fact that the acknowledgement of the birth would have fortified Obama’s application for an extension. The INS has long been more willing to extend the visa of a foreign parent of children born in the U.S., especially when the other parent is an American citizen.
