Obama ‘Very Comfortable’ With FDA Decision On Plan B

President Barack Obama said Thursday that he was "very comfortable" with the the
Food and Drug Administration's decision to allow the over-the-counter sale of Plan B, known as the morning-after pill, to females aged 15 and up.
"The rule that's been put forward by the FDA, Secretary Sebelius has reviewed, she's comfortable with it -- I'm comfortable with it," Obama told reporters at a press conference in Mexico, taking questions alongside Mexico's President Enrique Pena Nieto after a bilateral summit.
"I'm very comfortable with the decision they’ve made right now based on solid, scientific evidence," he added.
The Justice Department announced on Wednesday however that it will challenge a decision by a federal judge to eliminate all age restrictions on over-the-counter sales of morning-after birth control pills -- infuriating women advocates.

My son had bronchitist - had a doctor order inhaler - was not allowed to have it at school; in the event that he needed to use it I had to get someone to drive me to the school and administer it to him. The kids can not have asprin, midol, Tums, or any other OTC "medication" including BenGay for the athletes. One child was suspended for three days - for having MEDICATED BLISTEX LIPBALM.
But it is oaky to give a barely tested "Plan B" pill to a minor without the consent or knowlege of the parents ??
What about side effects ?? What about complications ?? Who would a parent know what to look for - or even to be aware to look for - various complications ??

These kids will use it as birth control and therefore take no other precautions...such as condoms. Expect to see a rise in STDs. Not to mention unknown health risks when they get older or infertility when they actually want to start a family. Idiots.
