Have they ever thought how hard it was for the child to tell what happened in front of so many people. I was molested as a child and theres no way I could have got on the stand and told what happened to me. I believe thats why a lot of molesters go free. The children are too scared or embarressed to tell people what happened to them. Maybe this is why I feel so strongly about child molesters.

I dont think it happened... all these years and all those kids he had out there and only 2 cases have popped up??? and both wanted money??? nope sorry. Dont buy it. Was Michael a bit weird?? Obviously yes. I think he did have a skin condition that caused him to change .. he might have helped it along, then figured if he was going to be white , might as well change the face to go with it. Either way, love him or hate him, think he is guilty or innocent, its really between him and his God now. Its his kids I worry about.

Nothing's going to change anyone's mind. The molestation case has been beaten into the ground and after all of these years everyone has formed his/her opinion. The man is dead. You can either be glad that a child molester is dead as some believe. You can feel sorrow for his children. Those who do not believe he did anything wrong can mourn whatever enjoyment he brought to your life.
That shouldn't be too hard to do.

i watched the memorial and cried like a baby. his music was such a part of my childhood/teen years and it really means a lot to me. i did not know he was in the guiness world record books for charity donations. he really did do a lot to bring the human race together...especially blacks and whites. i never really thought he was guilty of child molestation charges. i'm the first person you'll ever meet to say whack off the penis of a molestor and imprison them for life....but i think he was targeted and extorted. i feel sad for him that he tried to do such goodness for the world and in the end a lot of people made fun of him...joked about him...etc.

I personally think he was a child molester. He settled with the one child 20 million dollars. Thats way to much money to just give away for no reason. Even after being accused he still let children sleep in his bed. He was a great performer/musican. But once he settled and never changed his ways, my opinion on him changed. I heard others compare him to Elvis or Princess Diana. I find that funny. The following that each person had is so different.Only thing in common with Elvis is prescription drug abuse. Nothing in common with Diana. She didnt die from drug abuse or been accused of abusing children. I watched his memorial and really felt sorrow for his 3 children. They are the innocent in all this mess. Broke my heart to see his daughter cry. I wish once he got accused he would have stopped having children spending the night ect. He did bring some of this on himself. JMO

In the end, I truly feel for the children. I didn't watch today. I still think it should have remained private for the family and close friends. I won't compare him with Princess Di or Elvis. I do think all the charity work he did was great. I just wish someone would have helped the man. As for molestation, the 20 million makes me lean towards the fact that yes he did it. But as someone said, it's between him and God now.
Someone did tell me he would be buried in a regular cemetary. I just hope some nut doesn't try to get to his plot or anything. Morbid thought, yes. However, you know there are those types out there.

they were both huge humanitarians.
as someone else said....IF my child was molested, i would never take their dirty money. i would only demand imprisonment and if i didn't get that then i don't know what i would do but it most certainly would not be to accept one cent of their filthy money.

Charity King: Michael Jackson Holds Guiness World Record

Michael JacksonAs the world continues to mourn the loss of a great artist, the Guiness World Record book remembers Michael Jackson instead as the king of charity.
The Millenium issue listed the music legend under Most Charities Supported By A Pop Star, with a staggering 39 international organizations including the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the American Cancer Society. Those are only the known ones however, as Jackson was also prone to giving away impulsively and anonymously.
Jackson had been known to hand over the proceeds from concerts to local charities and hospitals as he did with the History tour in Bombay, or donate personal items for auction to organisations like UNESCO. It’s been estimated he may have given up to $500 million to charity in his lifetime.
In addition to his charity work, Michael Jackson, the King of Pop, had more Guiness world records than any other artist, including Most Successful Concert Series and Biggest Selling Album for Thriller.

The jurors, who listened to the mother for more than five days, indicated that they, too, doubted her credibility and were put off by the way she directly addressed jurors and accented her testimony by snapping her fingers.
"I disliked it intensely," said Juror No. 5, a 79-year-old woman from Santa Maria. "I thought, 'Don't snap your fingers at me, lady.' "
Juror No. 10 said "you couldn't help but wonder" whether the mother concocted the charges against Jackson and coached her children to lie, as the defense alleged.
The juror said that as a mother she was also troubled by the fact the accuser's mother allowed her son to sleep alone with Jackson.
"What mother in her right mind would allow that to happen -- just freely volunteer your child to sleep with someone?" she said.
As for the testimony of the boy himself, Rodriguez said jurors were troubled by the fact that the youngster's version of events was inconsistent with testimony offered by other members of his family.
"It was really hard to believe what he was telling us," he said.
Jurors said they also were troubled by the logic of the prosecution's timeline.
Oh wow!! I didn't realize that!! That mother has to be a liar if she goes around snapping her fingers!! And that little lying brat! Couldn't even keep his story straight, tsk tsk, what is this world coming to!?!?!
