I think it is horrible the way peoplle treat others.More children than you think including old people and people like this girl are getting abused everyday.There have been so many children and others slip through the cracks of the justice system and get returned to the very people that abuse them.Many times the police turn a blind eye to what is happening and that includes Dept. of Human Services.
