dealing with government is like russian roulette and you never know what the outcome will be. look at those people who proudly acknowledged they voted multiple times for obama cuz they wanted him to win. now social security has been know to pay dead people monthly so it appears they really don't know who is alive or dead. there was a woman in ny who husband had died. problem was they listed her as dead. she went to ss and said (in case they could not see for themselves) that she was very much alive and would they please give her her benefits (ss and medicare). they said they could not because she was dead (i guess government workers are used to talking with dead people). she tried again and again they kept saying she was dead. she brought along the head of her church/temple/synagogue (i do not recall which) to verify that she was alive BUT they said they could not give her her benefits because she was dead. she contacted her elected official who accompanied her back to that same office and some how got this government employee to admit that the woman in front of her was alive and said she would try and rectify the situation. I hope that woman lived long enough to finally get what she paid for and deserved.

i can only assume that it is the dead people who are fighting against voter id................................

Ohio Woman Who Voted 6 Times For Obama Convicted Of Felony Voter Fraud

May 30, 2013 By Pat Dollard

Excerpted from Cincinnati.com: A former Hamilton County poll worker was convicted Tuesday of illegal voting and could go to prison for up to six years for it.

Melowese Richardson, 58, of Madisonville pleaded no contest to four counts of illegal voting – including voting three times for a relative who has been in a coma since 2003 – in exchange for prosecutors dropping four other illegal voting charges. Common Pleas Court Judge Robert Ruehlman immediately convicted her, making her a felon.

A poll worker from 1998 until being fired this year, Richardson admitted she voted illegally in the 2008, 2011 and 2012 elections.

Richardson, who was in court last week but asked to speak to her pastor before she agreed to be convicted rather than take the case to trial, was quiet during the hearing.

Richardson wasn’t offered diversion because she had eight counts of illegal voting against her and because she asked what authorities were going to do to her for illegal voting.

She’ll find that out July 9 when Ruehlman sentences her.

Judge releases election official incarcerated on voter fraud
    3/13/2014, 3:17 p.m.

Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph T. Deters says Melowese Richardson, 59, who was serving a five-year prison term after being convicted of voter fraud last May, has served enough time and released her on March 12.

Richardson previously plead no contest to four counts of illegal voting, a felony charge, on May 28, 2013, in front of Hamilton County Judge Robert Ruehlman. Ruehlman sentenced her to five years in prison on July 17, 2013.

Richardson admitted to illegally voting in 2009, 2011 and 2012.

Ruehlman granted Richardson’s motion to withdraw plea filed by the defense, with no objection from the state. She then re-entered her plea of no contest to the original charges and Judge Ruehlman again convicted her and re-sentenced her to five years of community control and court costs. Joe Deters commented, “In the interest of justice, it is time for her to go home.”

Richardson had worked as a poll worker for 14 years before pleading no contest to the voter fraud charges in May. Prosecutors dropped four other charges in exchange for the no contest plea. She said she voted several times for her sister, who has been in a coma since 2003, and a grandchild.

In hearing the case, Ruehlman said Richardson violated a position of trust as an election official and is a criminal, noting she is supposed to be a guardian of free elections. Her case was also troubling to Hamilton County election officials.

Ruehlman told Richardson that President Barack Obama would be appalled by her conduct if he knew what she did. She said President Obama would not want anybody to cheat to get him elected.

In sentencing Richardson, Ruehlman noted her criminal record for intimidation, assault, drunken driving and theft when sentencing her. In exchange for a plea of no contest to some of the charges, others were dismissed.

Ohio Democrats held a “Welcome Home” party for convicted voter fraud felon Melowese Richardson this week.

Melowese Richardson who was convicted of Voter Fraud and released early from a five year prison sentence is hugged by Rev. Al Sharton as he joins State Representative Alicia Reece to kick off the petition drive for Ohio Vote at Word of God Deliverance Family Life Center in Forest Park.

Melowese got a hero’s welcome by local Democrats at the party.
    Cincinnati.com reported:

A Hamilton County poll worker who has been held up nationally as an example of voter fraud took the stage at a local voting rights rally – outraging Republicans and dismaying even top local Democrats.

The Rev. Al Sharpton, keynote speaker at Thursday’s rally to kick-off the campaign for an Ohio Voters’ Bill of Rights Ohio Constitutional amendment, even hugged Melowese Richardson on stage.

Richardson, a Democrat, was convicted of voter fraud after using her position as poll worker to vote more than once in the 2012 presidential election. She got a five year prison term, but was released earlier this month after local Democratic activists pressed for a fairer term.

A judge sentenced her to probation instead.

Richardson was among the more than 400 at Word of Deliverance Church in Forest Park when Cincinnati National Action Network President Bobby Hilton called her on stage for a “welcome home.”

A tweet from an Enquirer reporter about the moment sparked immediate outrage from Republicans on Twitter.

Even Democrat leaders questioned the idea of applauding Richardson.

I am very glad the county prosecutor and judge reconsidered and got her out of jail, but she is not a hero,” Hamilton County Democratic Party Chairman Tim Burke, who was at the rally, told the Enquirer. “What she did was criminal conduct and was particularly problematic because of her role as a precinct executive.”

Hamilton County Democratic Party Executive Director Caleb Faux, who was also at the rally, saw it as an attempt to portray Richardson as a martyr because of the lengthy sentence.
Democrat Melowese Richardson candidly admitted to Cincinnati’s Channel 9 in February 2013 that she voted twice in the 2012 election. “I’ll fight it for Mr. Obama and Mr. Obama’s right to sit as president of the United States,” she proclaimed in the interview.

Would this have been the case had she been a republican operative ??
