    Just found this thread and I always put stuff out a day or 2 before garbage pickup if it is in decent shape so someone might find it! I have used freecycle also but people tend to say one thing, do another, not show up, etc so just putting it out where the garbage goes gets rid of it faster. This week an old exercise bike might be making it's way down there

    I always called our exercise bike the plant stand. That's all it was ever good for at my house. It went to the curb many years ago!
