One (1) winner will be selected to win a trip for two to New Orleans, LA, during Mardi Gras 2023, comprised of the following prizes: 

Five (5) consecutive nights' hotel accommodations (one room/double occupancy) for winner and a travel companion at a downtown or French Quarter Hotel with on check-in on Thursday, February 16, 2023; ARV $2000 .

A travel stipend of $800, provided upon arrival to New Orleans on Thursday, February, 16, 2023 to attend Mardi Gras 2023; ARV $800 .

Access for two (2) to the Orpheus Captain's Parade Viewing Party on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel; ARV $350 .

Access for two (2) to ride in Orpheus on Monday, February 20, 2023; ARV $3600.

Throws, costumes, and float harnesses for ride in Orpheus for two (2) on Monday, February 20, 2023; ARV $3000 .

Access for two (2) to the parade after party, the Orpheuscapade, on Monday, February 20, 2023; ARV $750 .

Dinner for two (2) at a New Orleans restaurant; ARV $150 .

Roundtrip ground transportation between airport and hotel; ARV $300.


First Place Prize: Five (5) first place prize winners will receive: An assortment of Zapp’s chips and some select Zapp’s and New Orleans merchandise. ARV $120. per prize. Total ARV of all first-place prizes is $600. 

OH -- so much fun. We were on a Mardi Gras cruise in 2017. Docked for 2 nights/3 full days. It was so much fun. Got to see 2 parades (Harry Connick Jr's Orpheus nighttime laser parade) and the Zulu Krewe parade the next morning. We're going back in 2024. Can't wait.

Now that New Orleans is the "murder capital of the US", I think I'll wait awhile. Lol

Actually SC is number 6 on the list I looked at -- so I spend 365 days a year here and haven't been murdered. I think I can risk 3 days in NOLA!
