    Equifax Breach Settlement

If you've ever used Equifax to check your credit, you may qualify for a claim -- my husband and I both qualified because our info was exposed.

On the federal website there is a link to check if your info was exposed -- "Not sure if your info was exposed? Use this look up tool to see." It takes you to an Equifax link and asks for the last 6 digits of your SS# as well as your last name.

You may be entitled up to a $20,000 check from this Equifax Data Breach Settlement! If you qualify you may file a claim here! You’ll be able to receive up to 10 years of free credit monitoring (or $125 if you already have credit monitoring) and cash payments covering expenses such as losses from unauthorized charges to your accounts, cost of freezing or unfreezing your credit report, cost of credit monitoring, fees you paid to professionals like an accountant or attorney, notary fees, shipping fees, milage, phone charges, and compensation for your time. Keep in mind, this may take months or years to payout.

This Equifax Data Breach Settlement is regarding the data breach that exposed the personal information of 147 million people back in 2017.

    That's true! lol

I usually do all kinds of class action suits, but not this one. I don't need 10 yrs of credit monitoring, buy a company that couldn't monitor it correctly to begin with.

Now if this were Wells Fargo!................I'd be all over it like white on rice!! lol

    I DESPISE that company!
