If you used autofill for your name and address and email it probably didn't go through. I got a pop up asking for a code that they were sending to my email (2x) -- never got them. I went back and manually filled in the info, then requested another code -- came, accepted it and I got a Thank You.

Edit -- then I got rejected anyway because I'm already a Cerave "member". You might want to unsubscribe before trying this. Not sure it'll work, but I am sure you'll be rejected if you've gotten other freebies!
