Thread: Today -- Free ebooks at Amazon

I copied this from another site -- but it works just as he says. I'm not sure how long this will be valid because it was supposed to be 12/27/23 (2024 dates have not been announced -- it was quarterly in 2023). I just checked; the "Stuff your Kindle Day" search still works. Follow these instructions to narrow down your search:

Amazon has free ebooks daily, the downside is there are usually only a hundred or so available each day. Wouldn't it be nice if you could instead get thousands of free ebooks?!

Well enter Amazon's new quarterly promotion – Stuff Your Kindle Day! It started in September 20-22, you can get over 20,000 free eBooks that are yours to keep forever! Many of these books regularly cost between $5-15, which means these freebie events are potentially worth over tens of thousands of dollars!

These free eBooks are available for people without an Amazon Kindle as well! They can be read via the free Amazon Kindle app on your iPhone or Android device. They can also be read on your laptop or desktop computer. And additionally, those of us with a competitor Nook or Kobo eReader can also load these books onto your device. I have a Kobo and my preferred method of converting these books is with the free Calibre software.
