Site tells me they can't complete my request online, so I called their 800 number that was listed on the page. Was on hold for 5 minutes to get a customer service person. They got me set up within a few minutes.

I'm pretty sure the promotion is over because there is nothing on the site anymore about it. I signed up for this several weeks ago but still haven't recieved it but sometimes takes a while.

I just got mine today. A lot smaller than I thought it was but okay. I'm still not sure how to work it and it didn't come with instructions. Anyone figure it out yet?
