THANKS junior...funny...that's what is in my e-mail...are you sure it isn't an extension #? I know when you call Marlboro at
1-800-marlboro, it is 1 too many also, but you had to hit all the letters to get thru...that was back when they had the catalog,
where you saved your seals to exchange for merchandise. anyway, thanks for the heads up!

thanks trisha...for some reason my phone won't dial the #, and yes i can call long distance. I know you have to be a
tobacco user, had to register for their site to get the red ashtray, and lighter from them the last time. That's how I got
the e-mail from them. Probably a good thing to put down tho, wouldn't want someone to be dumbfounded when they
get on the phone...THANKS!

A lot of toll free numbers are like that. It takes more than ten digits to spell what they want. The networks simply ignore anything beyond the ten digits (11, if you count the "1+855").
