I got the one from tinyprint for free W/shipping , but it took like 2 hours of troubleshooting. Something happened with my order. But finally they just did it for me. I used the "live adviser" feature.

Looks like papersnaps will not be giving them out free, they only emailed me a promo code for 25% off.
