I had problems at first, then I entered the "word" verification with all Caps (as it appeared in the picture) and it submitted ok.

They don't have that water where I live, I have to go the the next city over to get mine, if I'm one of the lucky ones. LOL!!

It won't submit for me either, I tried it numerous times.

I used all caps and it did not work. I then submitted without caps and it went thru.
