Great! I had to go to the Live Chat to get the free credit, but is was really hassle free. Thanks to the original poster and all of those who figured out how to redeem the freebie.

Here is the response I just received on live chat:
I am sorry,This is not a snapfish authorized offer but we do want to honor the intent for new users. We have depleted our pet leash supply and will contact those that ordered pet leashes and meet the registration criteria with an alternate offer.
Raghavendra: Do you want another offer instead of that one?
Jen: What are the other offers?
Jen: I recently got a puppy and that is why I thought the pet leash would be great.
Raghavendra: I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Raghavendra: Do you want Photo mug credit to your account?

I don't understand why they would say this wasn't an authorized offer when it was processed thru their system ?!
Not to mention the countless others who contacted LiveChat and had the promo manually added to their account.
The fact that is could be manually added, does that not authorize the offer ?!
I am NOT going to be happy if they try to renege the offer !!!
They shouldn't do that because the offer went viral and they got a ton of orders !!!!

Just got this email...I'm VERY IRRITATED with SNAPFISH !!!!!!!!!
When I placed my order they were still in stock and my order was scheduled to ship 2/22...now I get this bogus email 'cause they don't want to honor the offer...this stinks !!!!!!!....I will not do business with a company who won't honor their own offer !!!!!

This is the shadiest company ever !
Now they send out another email with more lies just so they don't honor their own offer...which one is it ?!...they are out-of-stock or they can't access the photo due to technical issues?!...it's all bogus...they will never see any of my business after being so shady...is anybody else getting this mess from them...how unbelievable that every day they come up with something new !!!!
