update: oops does not say anything about 100 pts for sign up - does say "To start redeeming your Points for Rewards you first have to activate and setup your online account. The video below shows you how easy it is."
update 2: cannot figure out where to go to sign up. The video will not play. all i get is the quicktime logo.

It will automatically give the 100 pts in your account, sign-up is in top left hand corner. If you already signed up, just login at top left-hand corner and follow instructions in 1st post.
You don't need to watch that video, just login
they still have the 3 and 6 month, probably not for long

at the very top of the home page is a link called GETTING STARTED. just click on that and register, then sign in with your login info and you will automatically receive 100 points.
