No purchase is necessary to enter. If you'd prefer to enter the sweepstakes without starting a trial subscription to Seventeen or if you are already a subscriber,
It's directly above the form

I signed up for the eyeliner, and it the website said they'd send me my new subscription to Seventeen Magazine and send me a bill for $10 for the magazines! I deactivated my account, but if I receive a bill in the mail I won't be very happy. I guess I should read all the posts before I sign up for stuff.

I received the notice that i'd be billed too despite saying no so I'll just write cancel on the bill when I receive it.

Even if you click the No Purchase form it will still give you a yes or no option on that page, too, for a subscription. Make sure to check NO on that page as well or else they'll still send you the magazine.
