I dont need one but my niece who is low income with a baby does so I put in our zip and it is for our area but there is nothing about it being free but still good deals so will pass on the info to her, thanks!

thanks! this will help the girl who lives above me -- she is on section 8... and from the looks of it, it is better than metropcs that she has now.
