I do not have any social media accounts so here's another thing I cannot verify. Found this post on another site and thought I'd share it. The link is for the rule page.

"From time to time starting Sunday, March 14 Eggo will be giving away Free Kellogg’s Eggo Waffles on their Social media accounts for the first people who click the link they post. Keep an eye on their Facebook and Instagram accounts starting on Sunday, but the promotion goes until the end of October so hopefully there will be plenty of chances to get them."

I actually won a coupon for free waffles. You just have to catch the post when they put it up. It's only for the first 10,000. I managed to get on facebook a couple of minutes after they posted it and won one for me and one for my neighbor. They send it to your email. Unfortunately, my printer is out of black ink right now, so can't print it. I think it's good through October, though, so should have ink by then. LOL

Finally! I got one!

I just happen to be checking Facebook at lunch today when it popped up. Got one for me, my mom, and my friend sitting across from me, cheering me on! LOL

I just wanted to point out to everyone, that you don't have to print out the coupon. All this time my printer has been broken and I couldn't print out my eggo coupons. I have five of them. I knew they expired soon, so was checking my email to see when (cause my son bought me a new printer but it won't be here til next month). Anyway, I just noticed that it says under the link for the coupon, "If you would like a printable PDF version of the offer, visit the above link on your desktop. For a mobile barcode version of the offer, visit the link on your mobile phone." So I messaged the Eggo fb page and asked them about this, then tried it out at Walmart today. When you click on that link, it asks you what store you are shopping at. It's only good at a few stores (including Walmart and CVS). So you choose your store and then when you're ready to pay at checkout, you click on the link and it gives you a barcode to scan. You choose "credit" and then scan the barcode and it pays the amount of the eggos. NO COUPON NECESSARY. Woohoo. You can do it all on your mobile phone.

Don't forget; they expire November 30th.
Also wanted to let everyone know that you can only use four of the credit payments per transaction. I went through the self checkout at Walmart and rang up nine of them. It would only let me do four. So had to remove five of them and pay. Then rang up four and paid. Then rang up my last one and paid. Got Nine packages for 18 cents. :) My freezer is now full of Eggo Waffles. LOL I had to remove the plastic packaging from the boxes to make them all fit. BTW, I used three different emails to get coupons; that's why I had so many. :)

It was completely different on my phone, than it was on my laptop. There was no way at all to change any part of the date. Had arrows to scroll back (by month!) but like I said, I was NOT scrolling back 40+ yrs! lol

If the same as last time, it's a upc/qr that you scan and it works like a debit and takes the amount off of your total.
