SB & Virtual Visa

has any one used a virtual visa to buy (other store/restaurant) gift cards from SB my gift cards plus?
or can they be used at Amazon to buy other gift cards?

I think I read that there were other sites that accepted the VV for other cards, but would be nice to get the SWAGO points with it at SB

or does my gift cards plus accept Paypal payments?

I don't think it matters if it's a virtual Visa, or a plastic card Visa. How would they know?
