Woman sues ‘Dating Naked’ show for showing her private parts
The $10 million suit by Jessie Nizewitz says she was 'subject to ridicule by those watching.'

This malfunction had nothing to do with the wardrobe.
A woman who bared it all on the show “Dating Naked” is suing Viacom for $10 million after television producers accidentally showed an uncensored picture of her crotch.
Jessie Nizewitz's ordeal began after unaltered images of her private parts emerged.
"Immediately Plaintiff became subject to ridicule by those watching," read the lawsuit via Entertainment Weekly.
"Plaintiff has suffered and continues to suffer extreme emotional distress, mental anguish, humiliation and embarrassment. … Defendants knew or reasonably should have known that broadcasting an individual’s vagina and anus on national cable television would cause substantial and severe emotional distress."

VH1's new reality show "Dating Naked" features the exact scenario described in the title: contestants seek love and happiness completely nude. All "private" parts are pixillated to protect viewers' sensitivities.
The image was shown as she playfully wrestled naked on a beach with her date for the VH1 program.
The show bills itself as a “new social experiment” where contestants “bare their souls” as they meet for the first time on an island resort.
Couples have three naked dates. At the end they choose who they would like to continue dating when they return home.

In a strange twist of fate, a naked reality star is suing VH1's pants off.
During an episode of the risque reality show "Dating Naked" that aired on July 31, New York model Jessie Nizewitz claims the cable network aired uncensored footage of her privates. Now she's filing a lawsuit against the show for $10 million, and as you can see in the photo of the alleged NSFW editing error, she might have a good case.
In a statement, Nizewitz claims she was told that her lady parts were going to be completely blurred for the show and that she was manipulated and lied to. The Long Islander said, “If you watch an episode, you will see that the blur actually makes it less revealing than a bikini would. Obviously, I did not expect the world to see my private parts," reports Variety.
As far as the fallout from the show, the reality star says her grandma is giving her the cold shoulder and the man she had been dating (we're assuming regular, mostly-clothed dating) isn't calling her back. In addition, NY Post reports Nizewitz has been heavily mocked online, making her literally the butt of everybody's jokes.

Isn't the whole point of dating naked to BE naked? It's like going to a nudist beach and then complain people can see your privates. The only reason any body parts was blurred in the first place was to avoid FCC sanction.

Let's get this straight.....G'ma and boyfriend won't talk to her because of this pic. Doesn't say much for them....or for her for going on this kind of show. Does she think blurring out her "lady parts" would have made them feel any differently???? She was wrestling naked with a naked man!!!!!
