I cashed out in Dec 2013 for $10.00 Starbucks card. Within 2 weeks said processing, then complete, but never receives email with my e-card. Tried to contact them, but site not letting you. Wonder if they went under??

I cashed out in early Dec. and got the email with the codes a few weeks later. I don't think that they have went under. Hope that you can get your issue resolved.
