A bill passed late last night (93-7 votes) that declares the entire United States of America a battleground. What this means is that the U.S. Military can now operate with impunity, and grant the U.S. Military the unchecked power to arrest, detain, interrogate, and even assassinate United States citizens with impunity.

What this means is the United States is basically declaring war with itself. We need to shed light on this and make sure it does not become a law, otherwise we should just say good bye to the Bill of Rights and everything America used to stand for.

The idea is to give the federal government power over the states and force Obama’s will on them, creating a modern-day Gestapo, a agents roam our country looking for “outlaws” who dare to uphold the Constitution.

We brought to your attention last week that lawmakers in Colorado have sent legislation to the governor giving the Secret Service vast new powers over state law enforcement officers – and it has come to our attention that a Texas Democrat has proposed a similar bill.

The idea is to give the federal government power over the states and force Obama’s will on them, creating a modern-day Gestapo, a agents roam our country looking for “outlaws” who dare to uphold the Constitution.

Colorado’s bill, SB-13-013, passed on essentially a party-line vote in the Democrat-controlled House. It gives Secret Service agents arrest powers by naming them a peace officer, putting them on the level with state law enforcement officials.

Denver University law professor Dave Kopel warned, “Colorado is a pawn for the Obama-Biden plan. These bills are a model for what they’ll try to pass in Congress.”

In Texas, World News Daily reports that, “In Texas, a Democrat in the state legislature has proposed a bill that would allow the state to remove an elected sheriff for refusing to enforce the law. The bill defines law as including any rule, regulation, executive order, court order, statute or constitutional provision.”

The Texas bill has not gone to the Governor, as Colorado’s has, but it sets an eerie tone for what Democrats all over the country plan to do. If this kind of legislation can be proposed in Texas, no state is safe. Obama has said he is “determined as ever” to enact strict gun control regulations, and we know he will achieve that by any means necessary!

Obama is nationalizing everything, and that now may include law enforcement. The powers of the federal government grow stronger every day, as American citizens see their freedoms vanish.

Thankfully, law enforcement officers across the country are fighting back against the Obama administration’s assault on our Second Amendment. The Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association is compiling a list of sheriffs, associations and police chiefs who have vowed to uphold the Second Amendment in the face of any unconstitutional action by President Obama.

But what will happen when it comes down to it and sheriffs are faced with the heavy hand of the feds? It should never even be a possibility.

As states such as Montana, Kentucky, Ohio, Louisiana, Idaho and others begin to put measures in place to protect their constitutional rights, Obama and his administration are working furiously to tear down our freedoms. Congress needs to be on alert that we will not sacrifice our rights, and each Member needs to protect his or her state against Obama’s federal bullies.

Our Second Amendment rights are under assault from every angle. Stop Obama from creating a modern-day Gestapo and demand our leaders defend and uphold the U.S. Constitution.
