Does anyone know how to get ahold of freeride? can't get through on there website, trying to get a card that i ordered, thanks

All emails I sent regarding an Amazon gift card that never arrived went unanswered. I replied to the email from Sarah Johnson (sarah@freeride.com) that said my order was processed. No response and no gc.
Having said that, my last gc (the one after the no show) arrived with no issues.

The name of FreeRide's parent company is on the FreeRide website ("about us" page). There is also a link to the parent company's website, and there is a phone number on the parent company's website. Maybe someone at that phone number could help or tell you where to call. HTH

I can't get in either. I am hoping this is not the end of Freeride. :(

The site seems to be back up now, but whenever I try to log in, it keeps telling me that my email address is not found. Is anyone experiencing this?

The same thing with me.
Would not accept my sign in information.

It seems to be something on their end. When I first tried to log on, I was using Firefox. I went to the site using IE, where I usually stay signed in, and I was able to access the site normally. When I went back into Firefox, I was still getting the same message.

the same for me, it took my name okey,but not my daughters,,,,at the bottom of the home page there is a place to sign your name and stuff on there ,so did that and on hers it started all new again,just the five hundred points,not the other she had ,but i guess you have to sign in down there to

It looks like they finally worked it out. I was able to sign in this afternoon.
