FYI - Be careful of emails saying your Amazon order shipped - it's a virus - Just got one for "tires" I ordered - Um, not! Don't click! My firewall went almost crazy..first time I
ever seen my tool bar turn red and warning signs on my yahoo account!

I got the same e-mail. I called Amazon to see if they were aware of the scam and was told they had other calls regarding it.They advised to delete it immediatelly.

Thank you for calling them...I have no phone. (soon to be ex hubby, long story) You didn't click on it did you? every bell and
whistle, so to speak, went off the hook! It looked like fire works! Lol... It started to actually load on its own, and the button
that you press to turn off your 'puter wouldn't work...I had to jump down out of my wheelchair, to unplug it! Thank God my
son was home...I can't get back into my wheelchair alone, not from the floor anyway. I guess it was a good day! Can I hear
an Amen?

No, I did not click on it. I do order from Amazon so I went to my account there. I am too suspicious of these scam letters so I never click the links I go directly to the site to check if Its something I think I need to check.

Carrolin - if you have high speed internet you could get a magic jack and have phone service for less than 20.00 per year. They have a new one that doesn't require a computer but I haven't checked that one out. With your medical issues you NEED a phone. Actually there is also a way for you to get a cell or home phone for free through the government programs. Please get one of them soon.

I bought a magic jack about 3-4 mos. ago, My puter' isn't strong enough for it, and then they wouldn't let me return
it. They said as long as it was opened, and it does work on other puters...it was a done deal. So, I have the device,
and paid for a full year of service in advance. now they came out with the one that requires no 'puter, and can't even
call them direct to ask for an exchange or some credit for the new one. lol! I'm constantly in catch 22's.

I wonder sometime who makes and sends virus emails?
