Building websites has a hobby, how much should I charge?

Ive been building websites as a hobby for the last 5 years, it wasnt until someone asked me to build one for her and then paid me a tip that it occured to me to charge something! I build simple and complex websites, the simple ones take an hour, the complex ones make 5+ hours. Here is a sample of a simple website ((Please note I am showing an example not soliciting for anyone to buy anything)) If this is not allowed I will take it down

I have a friend who does them and gets more than a $1000 for one. I don't know if they are simple or complex or how long they take.

My son has a degree in this & charges $15/hour. Remember....if you charge someone to build a web site & this is what I keep having to remind him, you have to keep a log of your hours because you will have to file a 1099 on that income & remember income tax has not been taken out.
