I was really impressed -- my dd has a Lego kit that she absolutely loves -- but had lost a couple of little pieces to it -- 4 or 5 days ago she went to the Lego site to place an order for the parts and they sent her an email that they would get back to her with a price -- today they showed up in the mail for free! She was thrilled and her house is complete!

Lego is outstanding. My son had a Lego set with a webcam to make videos. The CD got scratched and when we changed computers the set was useless. I called Lego and even though the whole set was years old they said they'd try to find it. A few days later it showed up in the mail.
