I tried to use it but it tells me that: "Oops-there was an error in the code you entered Here's some info that might help:
•Codes are 12 characters and aren't case sensitive
•No spaces are required
•If it looks like an "O," it's actually a zero" and then tried the o not a zero and still doesn't work.

It didn't say that code was already used. Any other suggestions? Thanks :)
