Use a URL redirection service like *******.com or snipurl.com. These domain forwarding services sometimes work as the address in the the url box remain the redirect url and do not change to the banned site.

That's the easiest way, but if you Google 'blocked Yutube' there are several other ways.

You can also copy the URL of the video into Google translator and get there thru that.

Jasmine, you can get to some sites using the IP instead of a link. If the name 'You Tube' is what is blocked, then that will get you around a filter.
