I have a trip planned with my son. Part of our trip that did not include Amtrak was going to be with Greyhound. I called our local station to find out if I ordered tickets online, could I print them or would I have to come down there to pick them up. (The bus we were taking leaves before the station opens, so I would have needed to have my ticket in hand upon arrival to catch the bus)
So, that is the question I asked the guy. His response was, "I don't know, I've never been online, I don't have the Internet."
I just laughed and said, "OK, thanks." Well, as it turned out I found super cheap flights so we won't need Greyhound at all. And I am glad about that.
