I use it for my teeth, rinse with it, and put my toothbrush/soak it in it, and brush my teeth. It does help to whiten them, and clean them, as you can see the bubbles form in your mouth LOL.

I love peroxide. When we picked out our bathroom set, the toothbrush holder was one of those lovely ones that's one big cup with a top that doesn't come off. A lot of people won't buy those because they get messy (which is true). But, I have one and put a lil peroxide in the bottom and let it sit every so often to keep it clean and bacteria free. Works like a charm.

So go ahead and buy that toothbrush holder for looks if you feel so inclined!
