Okay I am going to sound silly about this, lol. Before my son was born I bought him this cute outfit from a yard sale he wore it once when he was first born and now that he can't fit it I was going to sell it. So I look at the tag and come to find out it is an outfit for an american girl doll, lmao. So I was wondering if there was a site that I could go to, to find out what year it was made? Here is a picture of it.

However...it might not be an outfit for an American Girl doll. They also offer a children's clothing line. Although, I don't think the site shows anything from prior years.
When I did an American Girl google search...there are lots of other sites which came up selling clothes/outfits. You might find something there.

Ha ha, that's funny. It is for the American Girl Bitty Baby doll. Not sure what year exactly, but if you are selling it on eBay it doesn't matter what year. Just list it as an Authentic Bitty Baby or Bitty Twins snowsuit and it will sell.

It is from 2003, although you are missing the mittens and the boots to complete the outfit: http://www.agplaythings.com/BittyTwins/BT2003.html

I think year is not that important to sell.. What matters is its price and quality..
