Veteran spokesman The Pillsbury Doughboy , died yesterday of a severe yeast infection. He was 71. Pop-N-Fresh was buried in one of the largest funeral ceremonies in recent years.
Dozens of celebritiesturned out including: Mrs. Butterworth, the California Raisins, HungryJack, Betty Crocker and the Hostess Twinkies. The grave site was piled high with flours and longtime friend, Aunt Jemima, delivered the
eulogy, describing Fresh as a man who "never knew how much he was
kneaded."

Fresh rose quickly in show business, but his later life was filled
with many turnovers. He was not considered a very smart cookie,
squandering much of his dough on half-baked schemes. Still, even as
a crusty old man, he was a roll model for millions.

Doughboy is survived by his wife Play Dough, three children; John Dough, Jane Dough and Dosey Dough, plus they had one in the oven. He is also survived by his elderly father, Pop Tart.

The funeral was held at 3:50 for about 20 minutes.

This is SO going on the bulletin board at work. It is usually covered with political crap that we don't dare complain about. Think I'll just add a little humor up there. We can really use it. lol
