Has anyone ever won on this and collected ? Over a month ago I received an email saying I won $10.00. To date I have not received this nor is it listed in winnings in my account. I emailed them about it and did not get a response.

I have a winning email dated 8/29, also for $10. They have not responded to my emails either. I have actually never heard of anyone EVER receiving a penny from them.

The only reason I continue to play luckysurf is for the memolink points.

I've never won a prize from the Lotto, but I cashed out Lucky Points for a prize on March 31, and I've never received it. I've contacted them a few times, and they always claim the prizes are "backordered".

Email Memolink about it. I am sure they do not want to be involved with a site that does not pay.
