Question about freezing meals...

Can I freeze BBQ ribs or BBQ Chicken?

I am pretty sure I can, but I figured someone knew for sure. DH (the cook) is having surgery on his hands in a few weeks and I want to cook and freeze 2 weeks worth of dinners. I know there are quite a few here who do this on a regular basis :)

You can freeze both of them with no problems. Sometimes the consistency changes a bit is all.

couldn't spell thouroughly) LOL

JUST NEVER FREEZE MEAT, THAW AND RE-FREEZE. COOK IT FIRST, AND
IT'S FINE.
