YEP...that! I "found" someone on there thatI have been searching for & this person also has an alias.
My local police department won't help. Told me to go file in small claims but I can't w/o an address.
The thing is it isn't worth even trying to take it criminally b/c our county is so corrupt there are 4 out of 10 judges left who aren't headed for prision.

Glad you found who you were looking. I assume you are going to take this person to small claims then.
If this is the ex room mate I think I would take my chances on criminal court and hope you get a decent judge.

The problem is that there really aren't enough judges to hear any cases. I think I am going the small claims way but I need to speak to my lawyer to see if I have to files everything into 1 case or if I can have multiple cases files.
It is so freaking frustrating!

Good Luck, I hope you can do individual ones then you may be able to get more back that way. I know states have max limits so maybe doing them individually you would get more back. But like you said talk to your attorney and get his advice on what to do.
