I'm not sure. To me they look like a dirty diamond. Like a way to sell the diamonds with something wrong with them.

I have seen them at Kay's Jewelers and personally think they are beautiful!

Yes, I do. I own a set of earrings and a necklace. They're glow is magnificent. I'm planning on getting another in the summer.

I actually think they are pretty. Initially I thought the same thing you did, its a way to sell crappy diamonds. But I still like the look of them, even tho they sort of look like a cheaper semi-precious stone.

If you have a Kay Jewelers by you, go in and look at them .. they really are beautiful .. much prettier in person than the picture shows ;)

Yick... I think they are horrible looking tbh
I think they gave them the name 'chocolate diamonds' to sell diamonds that are sub par. Because women love chocolate and diamonds.. Clever marketing..

I have only seen them in advertisements, and based on that, think they are kinda ugly. In person may be different, though...i dunno.

They are sub par. They are FAR more common and were considered undesirable until some marketing genius came up with the name "chocolate diamonds" and marketed the snot out of them. Now, even though they are far more common than colorless diamonds they are actually costing more. It would be like someone coming up with a catchy name for industrial diamonds and having them suddenly take off in value. Exactly like that actually.

I have one and I love it. It also has the clear diamonds. They look great together.

I've never seen them either, but would probably like them in a different setting. I don't like the necklace that the OP posted.

I have a ring and a necklace with both white and chocolate diamonds set in white gold and I LOVE them....as many posters have said, who can hate a diamond?

I would need to see them in the jewlery store but I don't like the yellow stones either so probably will still not like them. Now a pink diamond would be different.

I do not like yellow diamonds but I do think champagne diamonds are pretty .. and yes they are different than yellow diamonds ;)
