I only joined a few days ago but this seems like a good one!
They have sign up offers and daily clicks. Currently, they have approximately $2 worth of daily clicks (3-5 cents each!).
Paypal payout is $5, they also offer amazon gift cards.

UPDATE: I just cashed out for $6.80 paypal and it was sent INSTANTLY to my paypal account! :) Not bad for a few days. I did one small offer for 40 cents and the rest was from daily clicks!
